All My Sons Moving & Storage Reviews

  • Dec 31, 2023

The estimator came over to the house around mid feb. Of 2022, for a move feb. 24 & 25. He collected a deposit of $5k. He started out with over $7k for a five mile move. He was high as hell, but with my major depression i let it pass. He told us how their men receive two weeks of intensive training before ever getting on a truck. Yea, right. Anybody could have done a better job of handling our furniture than they did. Later on, we felt that the intensive training was how to go through the house, find the valuables and take them. Well, three men packed and partially loaded one truck on thursday, and collected over $3,500.00. Then on friday, six of them showed up.They came in two crew cab trucks. The crew cabs are like the pickups--they each will hold five men. That was why i wondered why one guy came in a personal car? We found out later. They got the trucks loaded and we got over to our new house New to us.). They started unloading the trucks. Then the foreman came over to me with his ipad. He pointed to the bottom line. It had a grand total of well over $13k. I just looked him right in the eyes and said "f*** you!!" and walked back to our pickup truck.

The next thing i know they are packing up and leaving, holding our furniture hostage. I then called the sheriff. I guess the lady must have talked to the boss. He called us at home, after a bit of small talk, he asked me about $4k more. By then i was dead tired, and just said yes, to get it done. I knew we were getting ripped off, but just wanted to go to sleep. We were worn out from months of looking at mobile homes. We finally found one that we could afford and bought it, with the equity from the sale of our house that we built in 2006.

So we go back over to the house. They start unloading the trucks and i'm in our bedroom straightening out stuff. After a bit, it is seeming awfully quiet. So, i go out to see. I just about flipped. Those d**n dummies had unloaded both trucks into the carport, about two feet or so wider than the roof and four to five feet out on the street and on our front yard. I was totally dead tired. I got the house key out of my pocket, handed it to the foreman. I told him, that i wanted all of that furniture inside the house. That i was going home and crash, before i fell asleep driving.

The next morning when we got over to the house, we just about fell out of the truck. That stuff was still out on the street. Nothing had been done. We were glad we were in an over 55 community. Otherwise, we figured in some parts of town, it would all be gone. Well, with the help of family and some of our new neighbors, we started moving things inside. That was when one of the neighbor ladies told my wife that one of the idiots went out to the middle of the street, under a street light, and took a pee.

Well, the following monday, my wife called the bank and cancelled all of the debit charges to these clowns. Then we started going through our stuff. That was when i started to see that we were missing quite a bit of stuff. The one big item was our coin collection. I had about $40k invested in it over time, from 2013 to 2019, when we realized we weren't going to get our money back from the conman phillip a. Fileccia who stole it and declared bankruptcy. That was when the judge gan said, "he felt he deserved a fresh start." (???) i guess that people in their 70's and on social security, don't get squat!! in checking with littleton coin co. Where i was getting the coins, i found them to be worth much closer to $100k.

Then we are finding parts of tools missing, just enough to make the tools worthless. Also, some of the furniture was missing, and we have never in our lives seen so much damage and missing. That's not even counting the eight-hundred plus man hours putting everything in the house where it belonged.

The sheriff was no d**n help. Their coffee and doughnuts were more important to them. They told me "small claims court". I can remember before biden, it was a lot different. They would be in jail quite a while back.

I do appologize, i truely wish we had some left to donate to the fine work that "scamion" does in helping victums like us.

They overcharged me for 45 minutes of extra time which equaled $134.25 at their rate of $179.00/hour as they made me sign before they were finished unpacking their truck. I had a short move from one storage to another storage in the same zip code. They also broke several fragile items.

The supervisor was rude and arrogant. I tried to reach the operations people via email and telephone and they did not respond. I could not dispute with my credit card Company as I signed the bill of lading for the time that they estimated because they refused to finish unloading my things if I did not sign. Threatening behavior.

There are many online reports about them on other sites. Buyer beware! Use any other Company but them.

In July of 2023, we contracted with All My Sons Moving and Storage in Denver to move us from one part of Castle Rock Colorado to another. Though the move started out well, the movers became sloppy and careless. While moving our refrigerator out of our rental house, they gouged the door frame of the front door. When I mentioned it to the lead mover, a man named KC, he said "Oops" and kept on going. Then when we got to our new house, they drove their truck over one of my sprinklers and broke it and crushed some bushes and flowers in my front yard - and we have a very wide, three-car driveway. KC then, while moving my wife's file cabinet, broke the leg off of it and, because I happened to be watching, told me "What do you expect from particle board!" After this, they became more and more careless and ignored my daughter's and my instructions on where various pieces of furniture and boxes were to be placed. It seemed they couldn't get out of there fast enough.

After they left, we noticed broken glass in our driveway and broken picture frames in our garage. They also took my commercial-grade hand truck and furniture dolly even though they did not match any of their own equipment.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact them through email, text, and voicemail (they don't answer their phone). but have not received even a confirmation of my messages. I even tried calling the Moving Consultant who provided me with the estimate and contract, Ed Huddle and had to leave a voice mail which still has not been returned.

My old landlord charged me for the gouges in his door frame, the file cabinet is worth close to $200, and the hand truck and dolly are worth over $350, so these are not exorbitant costs and yet, they will not respond to my requests for reimbursement. If I don't hear anything soon, I might even file charges for the theft of my equipment!

After damaging our furniture and culvert, All My Sons Movers refused to comunicate with us to solve the issue, I had to take them to court. With a judgement against All MY Sons Moving, they still refuse to pay the judgement to us for repair of our culvert and replacement of furniture. Very Unprofessional and very unwilling to comply to court ordered judgement.

First, they insisted upon a detailed inventory, which most movers do today but is a service that was once provided by the mover so that they could give an accurate estimate of the cost. And sure enough when the movers showed up, they determined that the inventory was not correct and there was too much to move and what was to be moved was too heavy. Having heavy things to move is why one contracts with a mover in the first place. Having made this decision, the movers got into their trucks and left. We were left to get a UHaul truck and move ourselves, including the heavy stuff. By all means, stay far away from this company.

This company trains it's workers to rip you off. Drivers/Crew Leads are financially incentivized to overcharge. They also use what is called a "carrier's lean" which means, basically... They will want to collect a payment from you prior to unloading anything off the truck. And this will most likely be a far higher number than what you were told in advance. If you refuse to pay for services that haven't been performed yet or for some reason CAN'T pay for this outrageous bill, they will attempt to resolve over the phone (while the movers wait in the truck, with your hourly clock still running) which by itself will make your bill significantly more. And if you can't get your friends or family to help cover your moving charges, they will leave with all of your possessions. Then charge you additionally for storage of your items and for a new crew to bring your stuff back. Most all of the movers with integrity won't do this, but it's what they demand that you do, as it's "company policy". Another cute "company policy" is in the VERY RARE event that an estimated move should take less time or materials than was originally estimated, the company insists that you still collect the full estimate total. And if you're the customer looking to get the difference back? Good luck! They will treat you like the scum of the earth after they get your money. Oh, and the claims department. What a complete joke. Moving companies already get away with breaking stuff and only being liable for 60 cents, per pound. But this place won't even do that. They will break your stuff, then send their claims department after you, to tell you that they decided it wasn't their fault and they will be paying out nothing. Don't hire this company, unless you enjoy being overcharged, lied to and then completely ignored after.

Had crew stop at storage. This is when they stole the box of valuables. Besides this, they were deliberately slow and I had to help take apart the bed. Move that should have taken two hours took seven.

I am a senior citizen and recently found myself needing to relocate and went online to find a mover. I saw several nice ads from All My Sons Moving Co. (AMS) including one that stated AMS was the authorized mover of the Dallas Cowboys. I mistakenly thought that AMS must be pretty good to get such an endorsement, so I phoned them. While discussing my move over the phone with AMS, I asked for an estimate, but they told me they could not provide one over the phone, but that the movers would provide the estimate once they saw the items to be moved.

I previously had received estimates prior to my moves but reluctantly proceeded with AMS as I was not too concerned about the cost of the move as I had just moved two years prior into this home for $700. My new residence was only 15 miles away and I was downsizing from a 1600 sq ft home into an 1100 sq ft apartment. I did all the packing myself and only left the heavy furniture items unpacked as well as my TV’s. The day of the move, three young men arrived unmasked (this was during COVID). The driver, Chris, asked for me to show him the items that were being moved.

I replied that everything was going, but gladly walked with Cris through the 3 rooms containing furniture and boxes. While we were doing this, the other two movers started moving the boxed items into their truck. After We had walked through the 3 rooms, I asked Chris for the estimate and he replied that he would have that for me a little while later. Over the next few hours, the movers moved very slowly and one of the movers spent over an hour completely wrapping the furniture in shrink-wrap for the short 15 mile move. It had begun raining outside during packing and I enquired how they were going to protect the mattresses.

Chris indicated that they usually pack mattresses in mattress boxes but they were out of boxes currently, but would do their best to keep the mattresses from getting wet. The movers worked slowly packing their truck for approximately 3-hours and then left for my new apartment. When they finally arrived at my new place 1.5 hours later, Chris approached me with his cell phone and said “I have your estimate”. I tried to read the estimate as best as I could, but noticed a fuel surcharge of $180 (for a 15 mile move), and that I was also being charged for two mattress boxes although Chris had earlier told me that they did not have mattress boxes.

I told Chris I was not going to sign the document - then Chris told me they would not unload until I signed and that “the meter was running” and he would have to reach out to his Manager. I reluctantly signed as the amount I was disputing (at that time) could surely be lost as the movers sat around waiting for a corrected estimate to be put together. During the unload, Chris was the only mover that I saw for about 2 hours and he indicated that he did not know where the “new guy” was. The new guy and the other mover finally reappeared over an hour later - shortly before the completion of the unload.

I was charged $1,600 (twice what I paid two years prior) for this very small move. The bill included 7 hours labor although the movers worked for maybe 5 hours, an hour for travel time for a short trip, $160 for tape, shrink wrap and a few picture boxes ( including $25 for the nonexistent mattress boxes). Also included in the bill was a charge for 14% of the total bill as a "fuel surcharge" (almost $180) for the big 15-mile trip. One of AMS managers (Jensen) claims all "reputable" movers charge this. Well, they don't. In trying to determine how AMS calculated the fuel surcharge, I found an web article from AMS explaining how and when the charge is applied.

In the article AMS states that you should only be charged a fuel charge if you are moving long distance. If you are moving within city, or from a city nearby, the fuel charge should be included in the hourly fee that you pay. Apparently AMS does not follow their own documented policies. Here is the URL to the AMS article: https://www.allmysons.com/jacksonville/fuel_charges_when_hiring_mover.aspx After unpacking my goods, I found that AMS had lost a bed frame piece rendering the bed frame unusable, dropped a chest of drawers damaging two drawers, and destroying a new flat panel TV. Interestingly, AMS packed the broken flat panel in a picture box but did not protect the TV with bubble wrap or a furniture blanket. All total my repair/replacement cost for my damaged goods is $925 of which AMS has offered me $100! I would never use All My Sons again and would never recommend AMS to anyone - perhaps the Dallas Cowboys should rethink who they endorse, and certainly I should have taken more time to find an honest, reputable mover.

This is not only the worst moving company I've ever dealt with, but probably the worst service company in general I've ever had the misfortune of hiring.

My experience was along the same as the many other nightmare experiences detailed here. Their hourly quote came in a little higher than the others, and I was going to go with another company, but found out at the last minute that company wouldn't move a piano. Since AMS had called and left me a message literally every day begging for my business, I called back and they said "no problem, we can move pianos." Yes, technically they can....but shame on me for not asking if they could actually move them correctly.

Fast forward to the unethical business practices of showing up and bumbling through a contract quickly off a tablet, (I was dumb enough to sign bc clock was ticking), then holding your furniture hostage with clock ticking until you sign, and then more of the same to simply get them out of your home and mitigate the risk of any further damage. The damage that incurred on nearly every piece of furniture they moved far exceeds the cost of the move. I had multiple pieces of (mostly expensive) furniture severely banged up, charged for packing materials that were not used (received a partial credit....never credited for the rest), and overcharged for a half hour (as even stated by one of the movers). Oh, and basically nothing they claim they will do (adhere to COVID practices, check in on you during the time of the move, actually send "professional" movers, blanket wrap your belongings, use the materials they charge you for) will actually happen.

The Louisville office is worthless once they have your money, and then you are pawned off to "customer care" in corporate, who is equally as crooked. I've been given two ridiculous low ball offers for the damage that doesn't even cover the $. 60/lb damage amount. I have attempted to contact corporate at a higher level to discuss, only to be blown off not once, but twice.

It's a miracle this company is in business still...they should be in prison for fraud.

In September, we hired All My Sons Moving and Storage of R.I to move us less than 3 miles. A man came to our home and estimated the move would cost us $1,900. He told us about all the great care and wonderful service his company provides. It’s evident he low-balled us on the original quote to get the business. Beware because a whole bunch of additional charges are tacked on the day of the move. We ended up paying them $3,000!

When the movers arrived (4 men) around 9:30am, we immediately questioned the size of the truck. It was too small for all the furniture, boxes, gym equipment and other household items we needed to move (8 rooms and a basement). We were told the truck could “fit a lot of stuff” because they “pile things on top of other stuff very carefully.” The “pile up” comment should have been a clue as to what was to come.

A couple of hours after they started “piling” our furnishings into the truck, I noticed they removed a box of confidential documents that was not marked to take to the new location. One of the guys told me I could go in the truck and get it. When I did, I was horrified to see that all our stuff was jammed any which way. The mattresses were not wrapped or placed in mattress bags, just thrown on top of pieces of furniture with plastic totes squeezed on top and in between. There was grease on the floor of the truck. My husband told me that these guys had no idea what they were doing and things were going to be damaged.

They carelessly and recklessly carried and tossed heavy storage boxes 2-3 at a time out of our basement, even the boxes marked “fragile.” My husband said they had already broken the leg off the kitchen table and significantly gouged one of the bedroom dressers. We discovered later that they actually sheared the dresser leg, leaving us with a 3-legged dresser. He was so concerned that he called the company and spoke with manager Mike Rodriguez. Mike could not be bothered and provided zero help. He gave my husband the brush off and said insurance will cover the damages (their insurance covers only $.60 a pound).

My front lawn was strewn with plastic totes, clothing, lamps, tables, and chairs. Neighbors walked by and said they had never seen furnishings laid out on the front lawn on full display when someone moved before. They joked and asked if our movers knew what they were doing.

These were extremely unorganized and inexperienced movers. These were not the “professional movers” that we were promised during the initial sales pitch. There was no sense of urgency - they just ran out the clock and wasted time. They hid, hung around the truck, and argued with each other. You had to give each of them the same instructions repeatedly and things still got screwed up. My husband helped them move our things in order to keep the process moving and minimize damage.

When the truck was full, they told us they were leaving for the new address. We asked about the stuff that was still left in the house and we were told there was “no more space on the truck.” Seriously? Were they coming back for the other stuff? No, not unless we paid more. It seems that one thing they did manage to take was a very, heavy, crate of liquor. Initially, they said they were not allowed to move liquor. We told them that wasn’t a problem, we would take it over. Well, it disappeared into thin air! Funny how that happened.

When we arrived at our new address around 6:00 pm, things only got worse including attitudes. Two of the four men did all the moving while one listened to music, played with his phone, and hid around the side of the truck. The other hung out inside the truck. His co-workers complained and we caught them arguing. We paid dearly for the inexperience of these movers! They were unorganized, inefficient, and wasted time, thus running up our bill. And by the way, they refused to remove anything from the truck until we agreed to pay them more money because of the extra time it took them to move us. If you don’t pay the EXTRA charges, they threaten to leave with your belongings or dump them in the parking lot. These extra charges seem to be their MO.

After we had to prepare elaborate documentation of all the damage, they offered us around $300. We didn’t settle and sent more evidence. We finally agreed to $678 so we could put this behind us. Ever try to buy a new bedroom bureau (to replace the 3-legged one with a brick under one side) for $678?

First off they were supposed to arrive at my house around 11-12pm and they called around 12:30 and said they were running behind and would be about a hour late, said they’d be there at 1, well they showed up at my house 5:30, once they arrive 2 Of the 3 guys went strait to work while one started going over paperwork with me and then said is would be $169 an hour and I was like $119 was what was quoted to me! I then called the office and the guy told me the rate went up because he sent a third guy and that was the rate for the 3rd person. Well not my problem I requested only 2 movers because that’s all I needed and a 3rd was never mentioned!

He then preceded to tell me he would take care of it and help me out on the bill. One of the movers that said he only worked on weekends had a terrible attitude the entire time he was moving me. Once they got to my new house he said it’s time to settle the bill and hit me with a $1300 bill that included charges for products they said they used of theirs when they had to use nothing of theirs because I had everything, tv boxes, bubble wrap, tape, and boxes, also charged me for 6 hours when they only worked 5. Said they would reimburse me for hours not worked and here it is 3 weeks later and I’ve seen nothing.

One of the biggest reason I hired this company is because they said they would assemble all furniture they took apart and take my tvs off of the wall but they couldn’t reinstall the TVs at the new house which was fine. Long story short they didn’t assemble anything for me or take down my TVs because they didn’t have any tools so I had to do it myself the next day I was so tired by the time the left that I didn’t Inspect anything until the next morning and I was quite surprised to see many of my valuables were broken. Estimated $800 worth of broken stuff. The boxes literally looked like they threw my boxes onto the truck

I have never seen a company more unprofessional than All My Sons Moving. This company quotes false prices and will then tell you that your items will not be released until paid.

Movers showed up without tools we had to drive to new home to get tools to come back so movers could complete work.

Movers stood around for countless minutes knowing that customers pay by the time. We advised movers that bed was going to be a challenge and because of their lack of knowledge and planning they broke our bed frame.

We packed and moved all household items and only left seventeen items to be moved by All My sons moving. The cost was over a thousand dollars to move 5.3 miles from Norfolk Ave to Potters Rd.

The claims for the damaged bed frame we supplied all required documents. Even receipts when purchased and pictures of damage. Claim process was drawn out and only reimbursed a little over a hundred dollars.

I had big expensive antiques and the guy who came to my house looked at everything and said I have the perfect crew. They came and I was scared they could not pick up the stuff which they could not. They dropped and broke French Armoire pd 15,000 and a wedding armoire which the carvings were destroyed. Also a huge oak cabinet that they could not lift and put marks on ceiling and wall and ruined the bottom of it. They never wrapped a new frige that went upstairs and they doors came open and scratched it.They kept saying they wanted a tip which I did not give them so they stold a lot of boxes of French enamelware that I had photograped all before moving and had reciepts for every piece. Also had my Navajo jewely in the pitchers which were antique ( no reciepts for this) and several belts one a story belt 2 squash blossom necklace valued over 20.000. I unpacked all the enamelware and submitted a police report that was 13,000.00 that i had reciepts and pictures for... Kitchen stuff.I called them as soon as they damaged all this stuff and they REFUSED to come out. Could not hire an attorney since they said because I signed on an ipad which was a big arbitration clause that holds them un responsibe for anything. I moved 2 40" containers to Panama and back and nothing was broke or stolen. I move 33 miles and it ruined my life. There is no way I can get this stuff repaired and then I am supposed to go look for the stolen stuff ant pawn shops. I will never own anything again and will never move. The thought that I can get no help and could prove what they did is beyond me.. Very very sad state of affairs. I never even moved in this house since I wanted someone to see what they did.. It is heart breaking to me and I paid them 6700.00 and then this.... Also there were over 900 reports to the BBC about them and they are not accreditied...I am leaving here soon but not moving nothing. Its all for sale cheap...

All My Sons Moving Very rude non-caring representatives. This company owners must condone their employees' horrible behaviors because multiple employees demonstrated the same unprofessional behavior. They will ruin your belongings, lose your belongings and hold your furniture hostage. They will upcharge you and not honor their own estimate even though it is in writing they will charge you for added charges.

They will say they provided services they did not. Not trustworthy! Run far away from this company...don't walk, awful. Look at their history. Don't waste your hard-earned money. You will get an idea of who you are dealing with during your first conversation with whoever answers the phone (don't make the mistake I did and empathize that they are probably having a bad day).

They are not interested in your concerns. The first time you complain or disagree with something you will feel their wrath. If you already have a contract cancel it while you still have a chance before they destroy your furniture. They need you more than you need them; choose a more professional company. I chose them last minute because I thought it was a family business. I did not do my homework.

This does not excuse their reckless regard for my property and refusal to pay for or replace my items. Some of my items are still missing. Take pictures of your belongings with the location timestamp before you trust any moving company. Make sure you have someone watching them as they move your belongs and check their trucks before they drive off after unloading. destroyed my furniture; poor customer service orlando florida

  • Nov 14, 2019

This company will reschedule or cancel your move without returning your deposit, but that's if you're lucky. They didn't show up for the scheduled move and finally did show up the next day. It took THREE workers almost three hours to load the truck (we were moving from a two bedroom apt.). Halfway through the already a day late move, they decide to go and get lunch.

2 HOURS LATER- they show up to unload the truck. Don't bother getting a quote. They will triple it by the time the move is over and believe me, you'll suffer plenty before it's over. Customer service is non-existent. Jamal, whoever he is, ha hangs up on his customers when they tell him about his employees slacking and wasting time and when you tell them you're not paying their ripoff prices, they threaten to drive off with your belongings!

They get you to sign a contract saying you have to pay them before they unload the truck, which is how they get you. If you value your money and your time, please stay away from this scam!!!

All My Sons charged me $4030.00 to move my belongings from a one bedroom apartment, store them at their warehouse for one month and then return them to me at our new apartment. When they delivered the furniture we are missing $22,000 worth of items.

Six Dining Room Chairs, Bed Frame, Rugs, Living Room Chair, Artwork, Kitchen items and more All Stolen. They packed everything, they stored it and then returned the furniture broken and damaged. When you advise them about the stolen items they do nothing, we filed a police report as the items are still missing four months on.

The Corporate Office says they will pay $0.60cent per lb as lost in transport. How do you lose it in transport going 19miles to the warehouse? THEIR DRIVERS, THEIR TRUCKS, THEIR WAREHOUSE.

They know their staff are stealing and they couldn't care less.

  • Sep 9, 2019

I signed an agreement with this company that I would be charged for labor provided + 1 hour of travel time + packing materials utilized. Basically, I was to pay for actual 'services rendered'. As anyone who's ever hired a service company knows, this makes sense, you just want to pay for what they actually did for you.

But when the charge for the move showed up on my card after my move, it was $1,066 higher than what it should have been based on actual work done. I was charged for labor the movers did not provide and time they were not working on my move including their 1.5 hour lunchtime (they all took off in their truck), naps (one guy slept for 3 hours, we watched him) and just hanging around on the phone (one guy was on the phone almost the entire morning hiding inside his truck, we would see him every time we went out to check on things). The company sent too many people for the move and the movers had to drag it out as long as possible to maximize their pay since they were charging by the hour!

For example, the entire crew of 4 men wasted over an hour trying to take my bed frame apart until finally they gave up because it was time for lunch. They said they couldn’t get it done because supposedly the screws were damaged. Except that, fortunately for me, a friend of mine was present during the move and he took the entire bed apart by himself in less than 20 minutes while they were all sitting around watching him!

Later, when they moved my bed into my new place, they had lost the screws to put my bed back together, so I had to send my friend to buy new screws from Home Depot while they were sitting around waiting for him to return. When my friend got back and gave them the screws, they wasted a lot of time trying to put the bed together but after a while, they just gave up on it. In the end, my friend had to put the bed together while they stood there again watching him. And I was charged for all this time that they were idle.

I tried to resolve this issue directly with the vendor multiple times to no avail:

Immediately after my move, I contacted the local St. Louis office to report what had happened and to alert them to the fact that they had overcharged me according to their own contract guidelines. I was told that the supervisor would be in touch with me but that didn't happen. I called a few more times over the following month with the same result. On one of these calls, I was told that it was the supervisor's call whether to refund me or not even though I had been mischarged based on their own contract.

So I contacted the national number for the company in the hope of escalating the matter and was told that refunds are only processed by the local office.

I called the local office again and was told that the only person who would be able to review my file no longer worked there hence this was my problem.

All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this move and the complete absence of decent customer service or care for the customer. This was the most unprofessional moving company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve done over 20 moves in my life, both nationally and inter-continentally.

It seems that "moving companies" are often the target of complaints on this site but in over 30 years of moves, I've never complained about one no matter what mishaps might have happened because they generally don't try to "Rip you off". However, this company's behavior is so egregious that it takes the crown. Just the thought of this unethical business trying to take advantage of customers is extremely disturbing. I guess I should count myself lucky that they didn't charge me even more since they charged me such a random amount once they had my credit card number that really anything could have happened...

Do yourself a favor, just stay away from this one. Not worth the time and the headache, moves are hard enough as it is. Here I am still dealing with this issue months after my move. I will never get this time back but hopefully my loss is your gain.

PS I was googling the company today to find their contact info to file this report and on the google page, it showed under their page that they have a customer rating of 4.8 out of 5 but one of the other unaffiliated links stated that in St. Louis there are 867 reviews about them and they rate as 1 star out of 5! Who knows what they're doing to manipulate their own ratings... Just BEWARE, they are extremely unethical.

Just like the other complaints, this company is a scam. They bait you with low costs and then switch and take at least twice as long to complete the terrible job they showed up to do. They overcharge you and do not itemize their receipt. They quoted me an hourly rate of $159/hour and another woman $134/hour.

Seems like they just provide any hourly rate they want to at the time. They don't move everything and complain every step of the way. They break things and take things and hope you won't notice. The local office says they will call you back but NEVER do. The corporate office even says they will call you back and NEVER do.

This company has been at this for years now and operates nationwide. It's time that consumers take their power back and work to shut this company down.

They hope you get so frustrated and annoyed that you drop the issue and stop calling and are rude and condescending. They will lie if they are able and have no integrity.

Please spread the word to never use them. If the below story is not enough to deter you, then I don't know what would be. The President back then, Chris Generale, is still the President and CAO (which I can only think means 'Chief a*****e Officer'), so clearly they will not change.

I am still in a BBB dispute with them and they have NOT acknowledged any wrongdoings or deception. However, since I have the receipt that was written out by the movers on site, they can't claim to charge me an extra hour of moving, since that is actually itemized out. They will have to answer for charging me some random number that does not match what they quoted me and I'm sure they won't like it.

The BBB should revoke their status. Permanently.

We hired All My Sons moving company to assist us with our move. On the phone, they are super quick initially before they even discuss rates to feel the need to reassure you that they are a great company. When the agent quoted me a rate, he quoted 159/hr. I asked if there were any extra fees involved knowing that with most companies, fuel and such is an added charge. They said well fuel and travel time is a cost but it’s all built into the rate to keep things simple. I asked the question, "so, for a 4 hour move we’d be looking at around 600 dollars?” The agent replied yes. I went ahead and booked the company at this time. I got a call within a few minutes from one of the owners thanking me for using them. A few days before the move, an owner called me to confirm the move. The time they were to arrive was wrong so we got that fixed.

The day of the move, the guys arrived. The foreman had me sign paperwork by just flipping through his tablet saying sign here, here and here. You will get a copy of this he said. They proceeded to begin. The guys did work hard and made decent time. We went to the storage unit where they were to unload. As soon as we pulled up, the foreman brought his tablet in and had my husband pay even though they had not even started unloading. The charge to his card was almost 1500 dollars. We were told we would get a final receipt that showed details of the billing. They unloaded and then at 8 pm we tipped the guys and left when they were done. Also, when we went back to our apartment, we found that they had left several things that were to go. When I got my bill the next morning, there were fuel charges and packing item charges that were in addition to the hourly quote. I could’ve bought rolls of Saran Wrap for cheaper than 75.00 a roll and tape cheaper than 8.00 a roll. But I was led to believe these were included. Also, they billed that they completed the job at 9:45. I called the owner, Brad Johnson. He said he would speak to the driver and call me back. He did say the gps said they left at 9:15 so he would give me 30 minutes back. He told me it may be later that day because the guy was working in an area with spotty reception due to the storm. I said ok. I never heard back from him.

Called the next morning and had a hard time getting him to even come to the phone. When he finally did call me back, he told me that his driver said that they left at 8:45 and he owed me an hour. I said well we have video proof from the storage unit that your guys left at 8:09. He said well my driver said I owe you an hour so that’s all you’re getting. I said so if we want to think about getting any of the other money back I’ll have to contact a lawyer? He said, if that’s what you wish. My husband tried to call later that afternoon to reason with him and he told my husband that he wouldn’t talk to him because I said I was going to sue him, words that never left my mouth. Brad Johnson, was very unprofessional and rude to me as his customer. He put words in my mouth and consistently lied to me. Unless you want to be lied to, overcharged, and have owners who don’t want to listen to their customers but instead line their own pockets, then don’t use this company!!

All My Sons Moving & Storage is an UNETHICAL company. They picked up several items for us in Kentucky, Ohio & Indiana and we met them at a Storage Unit to place these items in safe-keeping prior to our move. To our horror when we unpacked what they picked up, one of our Dining Room Hutches was missing a door (with leaded glass) and both hutches were missing all glass shelves. When contacting them, they acted like they were going to take care of matters; but then stated that 1) we only had 2 months to make a claim and 2) we didn’t store our items at All My Sons Storage so any claim would be denied. REALLY? You lost our items, and now we have to HOPEFULLY replace the cabinet door by an experienced carpenter (if it can even be done) at our expense; and the glass in the other hutch is curved, so it will be expensive to replace. We couldn’t hardly move our items until our house was ready, so the 2 month thing is just something for them to hide behind. Their Customer Service Department was EXTREMELY rude and treated me with such disrespect. We are out a LOT from their negligence and as well, my nerves were shot on moving day (and beyond) when I saw their error. We had much better success with Two Men and a Truck from Mason, Oh. Please get the word out that this company is unreliable, disrespectful, unethical and just plain WRONG! Thank you. Nancy Sims, Mason, OH

After contacting All My Sons in Advanced to get a quote on moving some expensive and heavy furniture that I would feel comfortable having professional movers handle only. I was told by a salesman/manager that all employees of the company were trained and certified (this was not the case, Some of the movers had just started with the company and never was trained and were living in a homeless shelter). I requested that a consultant stop by to assess what needs to be done to have this move done in a timely and costly fashion. The salesman told me that there was no need for that, just send pictures over and to get the job done in a timely order that they would send 4 movers to assure us that things will be done professionally and smoothly. Upon arrival, the crew of 4 was only a crew of 3 and the head mover had to assess breaking down the furniture over an hour and a half in which he damaged drawers and a bool case dismantling it for the move (he promised to fix before they left the job that night).

A move that should have taken 4 to 5 hours took 6 hours and the price quoted went over by $550.00 dollars and they told the movers to not release the furniture off the truck until payment was completed. After 30 minutes of running to the bank for additional cash, the movers did a rush job of reassembling and putting the furniture in the same condition they found it originally. They left drawers all over the office area. The desk drawers were broken and a few pieces of furniture torn or damaged.

I reached out to the owner Wyland Lafave who was apologetic and sent out a furniture repair subcontractor who I was under the impression was an employee of the company as well. The subcontractor came out and assessed the damaged property and order a new track for the drawer that was busted. Replace screws that were too long to allow drawers to fit in proper spots correctly. For 3 months we sat and waited for someone to eventually come out and fix furniture and then had to wait 3 weeks before the subcontractor came back with the track to fix the drawer. The bookcase bottom was completely unattached to the bookcase frame and the subcontractor used weak glue to put it together and had it clamped for 3 days only to have the weak glue not hold the items on the bookcase furthering damage by breaking 2 expensive vases and cracking my iPhone 6s.

I was so livid and reached out to the owner Wyland Lafave to arrange compensation who then told me that the subcontractor is responsible for the damage and not him. He quickly wanted to point out that he went above and beyond the call of customer service to repair my furniture that was damaged by his people. Freshly painted walls chipped from his incompetent movers scrapping the walls in several places. I was taken back by such attitude when I was misled, deceived and lied that professional movers would be handling my furniture. This owner did what I could have done and selected people off the street to move my furniture. These movers in confidence (one to two were felons) one homeless and they worked 8 hours with no break other than the water and food I supplied them for I saw they were struggling and one had even asked for bread since he had not eaten the entire day (they arrived at my home 11:30 am). I recently contacted several other moving companies and they all noted that their physical consultation process is nearly always done by their company. With All My Sons cutting corners and hiring cheap labor and deceiving the public that their movers are certified movers as well as exposing All My Sons Moving & Storage for what they are scammers and con men who will be reported to the Office of Nevada Transportation Authority for unethical practices.

I am writing to report All My Sons Moving & Storage for misrepresenting their service and pricing to the customers. I thought I was the only one, but after doing some research, these business owners should be in jail for extortion and price gauging.

They offer comparable rates on the phone, with very specific information from the mover, and then they hold your items hostage until you agree to pay DOUBLE your quote.

It’s a horrible (and criminal) business model.

Happy to provide more details if needed. Hoping your platform can protect others from this company during a very busy time of year for moving/relocations in the area!

The first 45 minutes The living room love seat was The only item moved from the home to the truck , The third guy he suggested didn’t leave the truck area to assist the original to man for the job. I contacted Frank the suppose it Owner to update him with my concerns about production considering we were working on an hourly basis. I called the office and expressed my concern , Frank called me back very on businesslike. He did not care to adjust the cost or hourly rate. I also took photo documentation. He was very hostile and informed me that he normally charges $189 an hour. I expressed to him that if that is what he is worth he should I charge that from the beginning. After calling with concerns, two of the three men did pick up the pace. The third guy was of no value, staying with the actual truck almost the entire job. Once the truck was filled for the first shipment , We then headed to the new location. They pulled in my driveway opened up the truck and then requested for me to pay the balance. I paid a deposit of $250 upfront and expected to pay the $119 for gas charges that they originally informed me of. As I went to settle up with employee, I was been being charged a balance of $667. The movers worked at my location from start to finish a total of three hours and 45 minutes that’s including 30 minutes of bickering between me and the owner Frank that was basically ripping me off. He told me I could either pay the remaining balance of $667 after a $200 $250 deposit or he would close the truck take my belongings to his storage lot and which I would pay $500 a night fine. I would like to add at the end of this whole ordeal I paid almost $1000 for one truck of the longings to be moved basically bedroom furniture in living room furniture. On top of that, Frank the owner basically told me that I could pay $500 and they would drop my belongings in the driveway. My friends and I spent the next two days moving in private vehicles. This company is dishonest, and a total scam. Companies like this should be shut down and kicked out of our town. Please heed my warning and do not, I repeat do not hire this company. The only positive thing about this company was the lead man Mike, he showed compassion when Frank did not.

Tricked into changing original agreement prior to services by owner Frank. Then charged unfair and unacceptable moving charges. Even after making concern complaints to the office about production, I was charged Waymore than originally agreed upon. I was forced to pay an unfair amount in order to receive my belongings that were being held captive on their moving truck. This company needs to be put out of business for unfair business practices. Where I come from, These companies are considered as thieves and scam artists. Who gets protection when needed, I consider this to be theft of services.

My misadventures with All My Sons Moving Company. Please read or share if you know anyone thinking about needing a company to move their household goods. It started in UT where I got a quote for $4300 to move our things... mind you, Bo and I had packed everything in boxes and moved everything to the garage except for the couch, washer and dryer. I asked if there was anything I could do to cut down on the costs. Our POC (point of contact) told me he could get the price down to $3900. So we did as much as we could to keep the lower price point. When he came back to get the deposit, he told us that it would cost $4370. We had no other choice but to pay the higher price. I had called 3 people from their office asking questions about certain things, and our POC, and another employee never got back to me like they told me they would.

Bo took off an entire day of work to be there for the movers, and when they didn't show up at the time we were told, I called their office and was told we were on the books for the 22nd of September.... this was after I had repeatedly told them September 8th... repeatedly (yup said it again). I was told that they would have 2 movers out there with a truck in an hour and 15 minutes. They struggled with getting everything packed up, but managed to do so. They were supposed to come to the new house this morning. Bo had given them my number so they could call me when they arrived (as we were not living at the house yet). 8:30 and I still had heard nothing. I decided to head over to the house and wait on them, and to my surprise, they were waiting on me, but had never called. It turns out that there was only 1 mover for all of our things. I was totally dumbfounded. They had never allotted for a second person to come help him... I was pissed!! One of the employees from the CO office had called me to make sure that our mover was there.... usually I am a nice person, but this was seriously ridiculous! I told him what was going on and he assured me that they had someone on call to come help in about an hour then he changed it to a couple of hours. He also told me they did not accept personal checks... funny since that's what we used for our deposit. So I told him to charge it to my credit card, and hopefully it would go through, because I didn't have time to get a cashiers check.

After all of that, I ended up having to help our 1 mover move furniture into our house. Yup working for free after they got paid $4370 to do this. The only positive is that our 1 mover busted his a** for 3 1/2 hours with a 10 minute break. After signing paperwork I realized I had not seen our tv's. He almost forgot them in the truck and drove off with them! So that's my vent, all true, and I don't recommend using this company AT ALL!

Beware of All My Sons Moving & Storage Fort Myers FL -- First check your local better business bureau. There are several states that have All My Sons businesses, owned by different people. They two will show up when you do a simple Internet Search for: Scams” Rip-offs, and complaints about movers and/or All My Sons specific name. Beware of the following 1. Misleading and false information in person, over the phone and in printed materials and lack of full disclosure and transparency of consumer obligations. 2 Note how many complaints you will find about “Low Ball Quotes” (commonly called “Gauging”) -- only to have the final invoice be two to three times “quoted estimate” (Bate & Switch”?) 3. Specifically request to see “CONTRACT” which five pages is usually presented upon arrival at you residence the day of moving., and not mentioned at all before that time. This puts you in a Lose-Lose position, because you must be out that day and you cannot get another mover on short notice. 4. Ask about the “Time and a half” hourly fee if the move lasts more than 8 hours, which they do not mention at all prior to day of move. Mine was estimated at 6-7 hours and ended up being 12 hours plus the one-hour travel time. Five of which charged at time and a half rates. 5. Printed materials, and verbal confirmation a to “Quilted Pads included” for all your furniture was not the case for the crew doing my move. The movers without my request or permission or knowledge, used numerous boxes and paper wraps and 20 rolls of mailing tape at a high fee. They charged more than twice the amount if purchased at Staples. Home Depot, or Lowes Hardware. (I didn’t become aware until after they had already done about half of the boxing and paper wrapping) I thought it was included as part of the “Included Quilted Pad’s” wrapping because I had specifically requested extra “Pads” for mirrors and glass tables, which they acknowledged, would be put on the truck. 6. The Florida operation states in a letter sent from the owner that they do not use day labor and only “Professional” movers. This operation subcontracts it’s labor force and the subcontractor hires his/her day helpers/laborers. 7. Upon arrival at destination, the increased invoice with added other charges is presented and you are in the position of, and told, “If you do not sign the invoice and pay, we will not unload the furniture! -- What are your choices at the end of a long day and nowhere else to go, nor any way to have another mover help you out! This Lose-Lose position is one clearly understood by the people that do moves every day of every month! - I believe this is a well-orchestrated and choreographed process from the initial contact to the “Sign/Pay or we will not unload your stuff!” 8. Florida operation states in it’s printed materials that it. “…… we have received the highest rating given by the BBB” – The BB website states they are not accredited and have a “D” rating by the BBB.

All My Sons Moving and Storage of Nashville quoted me $3000 up front on the phone. I had to pay $1000 to book the move. Then they come to the move at 10:15 am. 3 hours into the move another truck and more men show up. I asked who approved another truck and they said their owners did. Customer was not consulted at all. Then at the close of the move they say it will cost $10,000 . They are holding my personal belongings and my furniture as hostage in their warehouse and charging me per day for storage. Once again just so they can run the bill up. There is no negotiating or trying to settle the matter with these people. We paid the $3000 that was quoted but now they will not release the furniture to us until we pay them $17,000. So we have now hired an attorney and will have see them in court to settle on a price. This company will not negotiate they are here to take advantage of the consumer. These business practicies are just wrong. I went there personally to try and work it out and all they could say is "Pay the $17,000 and you will get your furniture and not till them." and I fed your husband White Castle cheeseburgers.

I hired this company to move our household goods from Ohio to South Carolina. They did not show up on the day they said they would and didn't arrive the next day until 6 hours after they said they would be there within the hour. When they arrived they had a lot of paperwork that they wanted me to sign some of which was not even completed my daughter advised me not to sign paperwork that had not been filled out yet they wanted me to waive the right to see the loaded weight of the truck. I refused and told them I wanted pictures of the slips. We had already moved what little household goods we had into the garage before they arrived. It took them 4 hours to load 3 beds, 1 dining room table and chairs, 2 dressers,12 boxes and miscellaneous items. If I had video tape then you would think it was slow motion.

Next, we went to the storage unit for them to load items there. it took them 6 hours to load the items in the storage unit and I had to leave items behind because they didn't pack the truck well enough. In addition to that they ran out of inventory sheets and said that they would just right miscellaneous for the rest of the items. I took pictures of all the items with the stickers on them for identification. And actually had to place stickers on items myself because they were mad that I was taking pictures. I was told that the truck that they loaded would be unloaded into a semi and taken to South Carolina and delivered on the date I requested within 7 days. Day one they called and said they needed to get a shuttle truck to bring our Goods because the semi could not get to our location. I assured them that a semi could get to our location and that would not be a problem. Within 20 minutes of that conversation I get a call stating that the truck broke down. After putting me off for several days they said they would have to shuttle the household goods anyway to our location.

When they arrived the truck was full of boxes that were completely damaged from one end of them to the other. A very thick glass table top was shattered. Many items were damaged due to the lack of care in fact it looked like the truck had been in a wreck by the condition of the boxes. I told the driver I was not going to pay for the remainder of the move until all items were accounted for and damage was accounted for. He spoke to his supervisor and I in turn spoke to his supervisor I told him I was not going to surrender the check until all items were accounted for and damage noted. I was advised by the supervisor that that is not how they do business and if I didn't pay they would not unload the truck. I told him I was going to call the police and he told the driver to load up and leave in which they did. I had to call the company back and cave in and pay them before it was unloaded and I immediately called the supervisor wants the first damaged item appeared. He told me that he would put me in touch with someone once everything was unloaded.

So I find myself filing a claim with a third party who is not even associated with this company. This has been the worst experience of my entire life and I feel that this company is a bunch of crooked thieves and Liars. I might be showing my age here but I don't think the Three Stooges could have done a worse job. If I had to give them a grade, it would be an F-

The sales Person talked a great story about how they were going to take care of me but in the end, they did $4,000 of damage to my home and the move went terribly. Clarence was their representative in Houston and the workers said he had been fired two times before but they kept hiring him back. They made sure they got the inventory tags on the boxes but he did not do anything about making sure the contract help did not damage the house during the move. I had a friend helping me with the move and after I drove off to my new home before it was finished, Clarence asked her if I had left money for tips. The sales person said not to tip, was included. Clarence demanded she call me and that I come back to bring tip money. When I didn't, he put my original paintings on the truck without even putting them in a blanket. I found that out at the destination when the door was opened and I luckily caught them!!!!

They said they would unload on Sunday so I rushed to the new house to meet them and then they did not show up because they could not get contract labor on Sunday. On Monday, they unloaded but put things in the wrong room many times. I have a gun safe with a removable door and they left without putting on the 125 lb door which I could not put on by myself. I watched them to make sure they did not damage the next home and they got very upset with me. They were most concerned about getting it out of the truck and leaving and not about having a happy customer.

After I determined that my old house was damaged, the sales person said she had management approval to get it repaired so I did. For months, I waited for a check, constantly texting her and calling. She kept telling me it was coming. After 5 months, I finally contacted her boss and he said she had never talked to them about it and that they would not pay for anything! I forwarded screen shots of her saying she had approval from them and that she was an agent of the company and their response was, "Tough, sue us."

DON'T EVER CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called and contracted to move a 4 bdroom 3700 sq foot home and was quoted $1700 over the phone. I was informed that 4 professionals would take approximately 4 hours for the move. My wife, daughter and I began packing and had the garage, yard tools and equipment and kitchen packed by the time the packers arrived. We had everything in the garage by the two doors. They only sent 3 packers and it took them 10 hours. They stopped for lunch and for the rain. When it was raining, instead of wrapping or packing they just waited around for the rain to stop. The truck did not hold all of the furniture and my family and I plus a couple of paid yardworkers had to complete the move.

Still they charged for the extra hours of work. I asked them to pack the clothes in my dressers and items in my nightstand in wardrobe boxes I had provided. They did not unpack the drawers. My wifes jewelry chest which they packet was stored upside down. The necklaces and earings were all tangled. They packed my breathing machine and TENS unit in my night stand and I could not use them until we took the items out of storage and unpacked over three weeks later. The TENS unit is a back stimulator for pain relief. In pain and on prescibed pain meds I even tried helping them move after my doctor's appointment for which I had to leave and left my mother-in-law to supervise.

I marked the boxes I packed, they did not. They appearing to be taking inventory but I did not receive an inventory list. A month later and we are still unpaciking because I had scheduled back and neck surgery. We now have all boxes unpacked and there are things missing. I had family, extended family and two yard workers to help me finish the packing and unpacking so I will not accuse them of taking my missing items but I am so disappointed that they could not finish the job in twice the time they quoted over the phone and they charged me for the extra time less 10% for leaving me a man short. 3 movers instead of 4 and I got 10% off after chrging me twice the amount quoted!

My daughter, which is a college student, use All My Sons Moving and Storage and was overcharged. She was quoted by phone of $99.00 per hour x 2 hour minimum plus one hour charge for driving time to get her location. She was offered packing materials but she refused and did the packing herself, and only needing 2 hours moving time. Mind you, this is a college student and her roommate with very little furnishings. When they were done they persented her with an invoice (this was the first time she saw the invoice) of $513.00. There was $99.00 x 3 hours instead of x2 hours, plus they charged her $97.55 for packing materials that she declined over the phone during the phone quote! This is clearly taking advantage of young unsophiscated consumers, which have the least amount of money to spend on services such as moving. They should refund her the $99.00 for the extra hour and the $97.55 for packing materials that were declined during phone interview.

I was planning on moving last week. When I called All my Sons movers in Cudahy they told me that my wife cancelled on them. They never called my wife. When I told them this they told me she was wrong. I asked them how they were going to make this right and they refused to do anything. They then gave me the number of their competitor and when I talked to the competitor, they told me that this is the usual practice for All my Sons, it was the third time they had gotten the call this week. They purposefully over-book and just cancel without warning on the smaller jobs. Never use them. They are one of the worst moving services in Milwaukee.

This company is everything, but a moving company! They must higher their movers from eviction companies or even waste management!!! RUN RUN RUN as far as you can away from ALL MY SONS Moving and storage. Too bad I can't add the pictures to my review, you would cry for me if you could see how ALL MY SONS trashed my furniture among it a Robb & Stucky cabinet and East Indies Cabinet trashed, a toaster destroyed beyond use, a designed lamp totally destroyed, mattresses dragged over floors and banded beyond use, art work damaged. I had to pick up furniture pieces from the front lawn next morning. I paid $ 300 additional insurance to an insurance company recommended by ALL MY SONS. After the insurance company received some moving information which are not disclosed to me, the insurance company offered me $ 110 for repairs, that just covers one small repair, I am left to pick up ALL MY SONS trash.

Run Run Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are always late for hours, a move that was estimated less than 4 hours takes 10 hours. They threaten you upon arrival with a different price and the additional insurance you take out upon their recommendation they tell you that they don't accept the insurance - same insurance that offered me $ 110 settlement. when you call they go to lunch and let you hang in the waiting line. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews they are all so true.

I used this company to move from Arizona to Ohio. They stored my belongs until I found a house in Ohio to bring my stuff to. One week before the sceduled move-in date I called and talked to my repersentative from the company. I did so because we had an unusual moving situation that I wanted them to be clear about. We even "googled earth" while on the phone so he could see the situation I was describing to him. At least he said he was. That's when I was told my things wood be delivered in one of their moving trucks. Do to the small streets and a detached garage. Instead, a semi truck carrying to "pups" as per the drivers description, show up! His job was to drop both pups and the movers would take it from there. He said he then would return in a couple days to pick them up.

This now becomes the beginning of the nightmare for they also had another persons property on these pups, but all the paperwork indicated to the driver it was all my things. He advised me not to sign for the drop off because that would mean i was taking on the responsibility for this other persons things. So, I wouldn't sign it.

Well, then that is when all the phone calls started. The driver was calling his boss, because, it was clearly plain to see he had nowhere to drop these pups, but he tried anyway. The truck got stuck and had to be dug out and after numerous phone calls to Phoenix trying to explain to them this wouldn't work, our property ended up with $1200.00 in damages! I must add that the manager in Phoenix, Ron Claire yelled at me on the phone, telling me to sign the papers, have the driver drop the pups, and let the moving guys do their job. He could just not get it through his head it wouldn't work. Hence the reason I had called prior to explain all that to them!

After numerous phone calls they finally made the decsion to leave. They, the movers, said they would return later. Another issue, my husband had taken time off of work to be here. Without pay! So, we wait, and we wait and no one calls me to let me know what's going on. After 2 hours I call the Ohio local All my Sons Moving company to see what was going on. The manager of their office here was plesant speaking to me, but he basically told me I had to deal with the Phoenix location, but also informed me they would not be back until the next day! My husband took off work for nothing except for trying to keep me calm! We also already knew he could not take off the next day. Now I am in the postion of being alone. Thankfully I was able to get a couple friends to come over! And, I mean I'm thanking the Lord, for I am a disabled person.

They arrive, but they are late. They are now in a company moving truck. They back up to the garage. Now keep in mind my special circumstances, which are. 1. The house is only 1000 sq. ft. The furniture can only come in the front door. 2. The garage is detached and sits behind the the house with a yard and gravel parking area inbetween. 3. I had explained all this to my repersentive the week prior, in my effort to make things easier for them, I asked that all boxes be put in the garage, then all the furniture and my art collection would go in the house.

Again, thank goodness I was able to get a couple friends, which drove 60 miles, here because I now have witnesses, because when they opened the doors to the truck it was clear as day that all my things were just thrown in there! It looked as though stuff was going to fall out! They were moving furniture to get to boxes, throwing my stuff around to do so! They finally finish getting all the boxes out. They move the truck to the front of the house.

They begin moving in the furniture, after I had o remind them to put something, like bootie covers on there feet or put something on my very light colored carpet. They did so, but not enough coverage because I had to clean spots on the carpet after they left. I never even complained about that to the company, but yet again, it was another thing I had discussed in the "phone call" the week before.

Damages.Missing items. Too many damages to list. One major thing is they broke a buffet that has been in my husbands family for over 100 years! All three pieces of it! Items got wet, now don't work. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. Missing a very valuable print that was in a heavy duty print sleeve! Other small signed and number prints were in the sleeve as well.

When I call them they will not talk to me!I am over there crap! I am hoping writing this will help me get things settled. They kept changed the charges and waiting until the last minute, the day of the move to let me know.

Help! I have many photos. Too many to upload, but they are available!
