Ordered carpet cleaner; the company charged my Visa and almost 4 weeks later I still hadn't received my order. They do not respond to attempts to contact.
I contacted Visa and filed a claim; they debited the money back from the company and began a review. Several days later I received the product and a request for payment from All Makes. I did (finally) receive the product so sent them a check.
Visa then contacts me and says their research showed that the product was delivered to me so they gave the money back to All Makes. So now they have been paid twice. I called Visa and they attempted to retrieve the erroneous payment from All Makes but they refused. So I've been double dipped and have no recourse living across the country from these Crooks.
I also will join the list of those who ordered & paid for goods never to be sent. Customer service is non-existent. After multiple attempts by phone and email I was unable to contact them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I'm not sure if this company is actually in business but heed these warnings and find a reputable company to deal with.
On 10/08/2016 I ordered a number of products for a Royal vacuum. All Makes Vac & Sew charged my card the following day. I have since tried to follow up on the order four times with emails and phone calls with no results.
Placed an order online in January 2016 for a couple of upright vacuum cleaner belts- and my Visa account was charged almost immediately. Didn't receive any shipping information, and after a month or so I sent emails inquiring about status of my order- got no reply. Finally sent certified letter in February 2016 notifying vendor I hadn't received the item, hadn't received replies to my emails. Got email apologizing and saying item was being shipped and included a "tracking number". Checked "tracking number" two weeks later, found that number had only been assigned based on "pre-shipping information" provided by the vendor- no indication that the shipment had ever been sent by the vendor. Sent another email inquiring about status of the order- got no reply- filed a dispute with Visa regarding the charge to my account. Now waiting to hear back from Visa.
On 10/24/2015 I placed an order for Simplicity Vacuum parts with All Makes Vac & Sew. On 10/24/2015 my MasterCard was charged for $90.32.
As of this date, 11/27/2015, I have not received the Simplicity Vacuum parts. I have left four (4) telephone messages and three (3) e-mails requesting a response and an explanation, to no avail. In my e-mail of 11/20/2015, I requested that the order be cancelled and the $90.32 be credited back to my MC account. That has not happened and I have checked my MC account activity daily.
I wonder if the Torrance Police Department is aware of this thief!
