This company lacks communication with their customers. We took our 10 year old dog there 3 weeks ago to see if his cancer tumors came back and we were told they would give us a quote to remove them AND to test them, plus dental. We were quoted $400 for it. Well the day before we called and asked how much it would be without dental. And they said $800-$1200. We told them we were told $400 and that we have PROOF since they couldn't "find" this quote. After arguing with them they said they would honor that quote when we took him in. I called the day of his surgery and asked how long it would take to find out the stage of the tumors and they told me it was not on the estimate and that it would cost $160 EACH after we were told the day we took him in that it would be included.... Well the day after his surgery he somehow took his cone off and chewed his stitches off. (Because of the technician's lack of work) We had to pay extra $230 to fix his stitches plus medicine since they didn't even bother to give him any pain medicine AFTER he had surgery. They told us he didn't need any that the pain injection was all he need. They NEVER offered us any.
