Moved from Illinois to Orlando,FL because of health issues and warmer weather. My family and I flew to Florida to search for a house to rent at first. Came across this lady, Yarmmys Vargas who works for All County CFL Property Management. She said she has the perfect house for us to view, but we can only see the house in the morning. So we drove from where we were staying, about 45 minutes drive to this house. Seemed like a nice quiet neighborhood. Walked into the house and immediately noticed all the long dog hair everywhere. Supposedly, the owner of the house was staying at this house until someone rented it. I explained I can't handle the dog hair. Yarmmys explained that the entire house and duct

work WILL be completely cleaned before any move in would happen. She also stated the carpet would be replaced brand new. Walls would be repainted a neutral color instead of the bold colorful wacko colors it was currently. Yarmmys stated the area is mostly single families with small children. We took the bait. Signed our applications, then was approved. Signed the lease agreement and flew back to Illinois to pack and move within the next 3 weeks. Once we arrived at the Florida house, we noticed the carpet was brand new. The walls were still the same wacko paint colors. The vents around the entire house still had dust and black dirt on them. The house still smelled like dirty dog odor. We opened all the

windows to air the house out. Within an hour, we had a dozen little lizards all over the house. The screens on all the windows were old and didn't seal. We tried opening the patio door to slide the screen door closed, and the screen door wasn't even on the tracks. Tried turning the air conditioning on, and nothing would happen. Called All County CFL to get in touch with Yarmmys. She wasn't available. So we looked on facebook for her. She was drinking at a beer fest in town since 10am. We waited and waited. 4 days later she called back to let us know a service person would be out to fix the air conditioning. 2 days later we get a call from the HVAC tech who said he would be over in 30 minutes. 4 hours later he

shows up just to tell us the drain tube is filled with water and the coil is frozen. Now in 6 days, that coil should have thawed out. Nope. He put 2 square holes in the drywall to get to the drain tube. Couldn't get to it. Told me I am now responsible for the wall damage. Heck no! He grabbed his shop vac and SUCKED all the water out of the drain tube. Told me that I have to keep an eye on it often. For a year now, I have to vacuum the water out if the air conditioning doesn't work. We had a new washer and dryer installed within the first 4 days. Turned the dryer on and noticed the clothes are all still wet and water all over the floor. Called the installers and they came quickly just to find out the dryer duct was clogged

solid with dog hair and lint. They said the lint was so hot, it burned his hands. Could have started a massive fire. A duct cleaning company come out a few days later and attempted to clean what they could. All County CFL blamed us for clogging the dryer duct. We don't own a dog and we just moved in 4 days now. We constantly requested the window screens and patio screen door fixed. Yarmy's stated they don't do that and I would have to do it or hire someone to do it. Nope. Garage overhead door wasn't going down and when it did, it wouldn't go back up. Called Yarmmys again and waited 5 days for service. She blamed us for using the garage door so much. The garage door tech said the door is way

to heavy for the tiny motor. Living room ceiling fan was smoking and then shut all the power off in the house. Took 2 days for someone to just check it out and another week to replace it. While replacing it, we noticed even more smoke and electric burn smell. One of the light switches was melting. Too many crossed wires leading to the same switch for no reason. The oven was over 24 years old, it's electric. The oven element broke and shorted out on the bottom causing the oven to not turn off and temp inside was getting over 549 degrees. I shut the power off and unplugged it. Waited 4 days for someone to look at it and confirm it was broken. Waited 4 more days so the owner could approve a new oven. Now

the garbage disposal is smoking and over heating. Made a call, email and service request. Still waiting for a reply back. We only signed a 1 year lease with this place. We are trying to close on a house someplace else, but the process is going slow. We requested a 2 month extension on our rental. We were ONLY approved for 1 month at a higher rent amount. Reason.... HOA fees increased. Called HOA president. She states the HOA fees have been $31 a month for the past 8 years and haven't increased in 8 years nor have they now. So we pay more for that one month rent for no reason. We now need that 2nd month so we can move into the other house, but still have our kids attend the school until early June.

Yarmy's claims the owner refused and denied the 2nd month and the kids will just have to be drive the 45 minutes to school everyday for the next 3 weeks. I explained we haven't started packing because I have 3 broken discs in my spine along with 5 cut nerves. I am going through spinal injections every week just to help the pain until July when the Neuro surgeon will do surgery and fuse the discs. Owner and Yarmmys refuse to allow us to stay until June 30th. Now they listed this house on the rental market and people are just showing up demanding I give them a walk through. I refuse and tell them we aren't moving and this house is NOT for rent. Yarmmys and All County CFL have stated if we aren't out of this

house by May 31st, we will be forced out and we WON'T be getting any of our security deposit back. They weren't planning on giving any of it back anyways, but I will fight them on it. This place was a dump when we moved in. All of us have been sick with heavy allergies because of the dog hair and odor. The kitchen floor smells like dog pee everytime you try to wash it. And the neighborhood is 90% rented by college kids that party until 2-5am almost every night. Now tell me, wouldn't it be beneficial to allow us to stay one extra month at the regular rental rate so we can pack and move? I would think so. But nope, they want a new tenant now so they can charge $200 more a month for rent. So now we have

pack our stuff, find a storage place to put it all in, stay at a hotel for 2 weeks until we can move into our new place and so the kids can still attend school until end of the school year. Talk about a rip off rental place. They don't care about the people renting. They don't care about circumstances. They don't want to help. They blame the tenants for the problems that were there before the tenants moved in. Then they take every penny of the security deposit and claim that amount of damages were done. Ironically, we have the move in report a d check list which states all this issues. We have video of the walk through before any of our belongings were ever inside this house. We have still pictures of the same. We have

emails and service requests for the entire 1 year lease. We were only late paying the rent ONCE in 12 months because of the pay period and holiday at the same time. Late by 3 days. We have been outstanding tenants and always helping neighbots in the area and at our kids school. All County CFL Property Management is all about the MONEY and how much MONEY they can scam people out of.
