Unfortunately this shop All Bicycles cannot be trusted. Absolutely will not refund or exchange bikes and suggested "add ons" that were purchased under their "expert" recomondation. Instead of exchanging for proper size they wanted to fight and blamed us, charged us several times to swap parts and adjustments to try to fit the bikes, when they knew or should have known they were far too large and would never work.
Do not trust them! When they agree to exchange something we later found out it was a 2015 rather than the 2017 model we paid for.
We are out over $9000 dollars and are sitting on 3 bikes we can't use!
Any road cyclist or triathlete would be crazy to use this shop for purchasing bikes or service of any kind! Total crook! Has no idea what he is doing and won't come good for his errors.
