I too became yet another victim. Paid $475 on a $975 project but canceled the following morning (15hrs later). Was told I would get my refund but never received it. Found out this company has multiple addresses and emails and have ripped off at least 4 other people I've found online. They a "F" on BBB. Reported to FTC and state's attorney office.
