Total rip-off. I ordered the Washer Fairy about July 10, 2019. It was supposed to cost $19.99. I got charged $159.76 and then never received any product at all, until about December. I received 1 Washer Fairy, packed in a plain white box, with no instructions or anything.
I have been working with my credit card to fight the charge, as I called them the same night I ordered, as soon as I got a receipt from All American Gadgets that I had been charged $159.76. It was within an hour that I called my credit card.
Finally, today I did a follow up call on the progress of my fraud claim. And I am actually going to get my money credited to my account within 4-7 days.
Do not order anything from All American Gadgets, Washer Fairy or Dryer Fairy.
Who knows how much money they got away with in this despicable scheme.
(I don’t know how people did getting their money back from Pay Pal- I won’t use them, don’t trust them.)
So if you go on Amazon, you can find many of these Washer Fairy type items for much lower prices, and at least you can trust Amazon.)

As of today I have not received my refund of $151 , they do not answer phone calls or emails. WHAT A SCAM, SEEMS ALL AMERICAN GADGETS, STRIPE AND VISA ARE ALL WORKING TOGETHER! Good business model for future scammers.
I will not even give a star because this company is a scam! I ordered a washer fairy from a facebook ad. It is 19 dollars on product page. They charged me automatically 149 for lifetime warranty. I contacted them by phone and by e-mails. No one responded! Always entering into a voice message.
So I contacted my US BANK credit card service to file a dispute. Two months later, they sent me a "washer fairy" only because I filed the dispute.
They did not show us any itemized receipt because it is ridiculous to pay a warranty of 149 for a 19-dollar product.
They also wanted to deceive the credit card company by not showing them such charge. I am still working with my credit card company to fight with such company, which is totally a scam!!

I contacted my bank started a dispute they gave me a provisional credit. Upon investigating allamericangadgets sent my bank a copy of USPS shipping label dated 8/3/19 to this date I had not received the dryer fairy they Stated.
I agreed to the terms and conditions so my bank sent me a letter reversing the provisional credit which overdrew my account. The telephone numbers I received I could not talk to a live person. I faxed a letter to them requesting a return merchandise authorization number. I have not gotten a response to date it's been a month now. I recommend anyone the has had money taken you can contact me

On July 4 2019, I ordered one washerball from an online advertisement. The item was $27. After I authorized payment, it automatically added a $99 "Lifetime Warranty" to the order. I immediately tried to get this corrected or canceled, but realized you cannot contact anyone at this company - phone number doesn't work and email address on my Paypal receipt was bogus and my communications bounced back.
I tried several times to contact these people via their amateurish website, but no luck. What a surprise - I never received the product either and I'm still working with Paypal to get my money back.

I did not get the product for a month. When I investigated how to get a refund and return this item, I was unable to reach them by phone. They continued to say they could not take my call at this time and hung up.
I called a various times of the day. They wouldn't reply to my email requesting an RMA (return merchandise authorization). I tried getting help from PayPal but was denied as the company provided a tracking number confirming that the merchandise was delivered. According to the return policy I have 60 days from receipt of merchandise to get a refund and yet they are virtually impossible it reach.
This is a scam of epic proportions! Website search say the company is now inactive. There are several addresses: Newport Beach Ca., Florida, and my product shipped from Las Vegas. I totally got ripped off! What can we do???
There really needs to be a zero stars available just for this company - also known as Washer Fairy. They scammed me for $146 for a ridiculous washer item that was supposed to help get clothes cleaner/whiter and should have only cost $19.97. I have tried contacting them - 800 number goes dead, they don't respond to emails; and with personal messaging, they leave you hanging for DAYS only to come back and say we have to investigate or we need the item back. It is ridiculous how unethical this company is. I have been demanding my money for over a month to no avail. They have been reported to the FTC by me - and I am sure by others as well. I am also filing a complaint w/the State of California. Do business with these jerks at your own risk - and you are RISKING your bank account.
