These people called me to clean my Chimney for $35 and when they came they said my liner was total gone.put new liner in and did masonry work. 1year ago. Fume odor was enterning my home this month. Called oil guy three times. They said it's my Chimney. Couldn't get a hold of these people. Had to call another company. They said they never cap the unit. It's rusting and masonry work is half done. And never sealed the vents on top. They were just resting there.. Took pictures of everything. Couldn't believe it. $4000.00 rip off. He even took the warranty card , said he'd mail it. So now I paying another company to repair their work..
