Let me say this if you want a company to steal from you, not pay you and do shady business then All About Gift Cards is the company for you. All About gift cards owes me $1,015. All About Gift Cards is a company wrapped up in many different dummy companies. I sold All About gift cards a large order of gift cards about 3 weeks ago . I received confirmation from this company that my order was approved and that my payment had been issued and as ususal I was told that the ACH payment would post in 2-3 business days. And wouldn't you know it my money never showed up in my account. I placed a call to the owner who I knew by the name of "Nathan" but I was told that Nathan was unavailable and I would need to call back when upper management was available.
So while I waited for "upper management" to become available my husband and I went online and did some digging and found that Nathan was the owner of a real estate investment company that had a different address and a different phone number than the know All About Gift Cards phone number. So I proceeded to call the new phone number that I found online and wouldn't you know it guess who answers this phone line a guy by the name of "John" who also claims to be the owner of All About Gift Cards but this also happens to be the same guy I talked to 20 minutes prior when I called All About Gift Cards looking for "Nathan" and told me call back when upper management was available to take my call. Once he said that I immediately started to grill him. I asked him what his name was. He gave me his first name, I asked him for his last name and he said I don't have to give you that information.
At the point an argument ensued between my husband and "John" and then John said he was going to ban us from the All About Gift cards website. Now how can you ban me when you ower me $1,015 for an unpaid gift card sale. I have filed reports with the bbb and the States Attorney General. States Attorney General initiated a dispute and got in contact with All About Gift Cards. After several days of medication back and forth between All About Gift Cards and the States Attorney General, All About Gift Cards agreed to settle the debt that they have with me. I was told they would issue an Ach on Wednesday April 4, 2018 and that it would post into my bank account today Friday April 6, 2018. It is the close of business and wouldn't you know it......NO Money has posted. All About Gift Cards is a scam company and they seem to be in business to rip people off. So if you don't want your gift cards and/or your money stolen then don't do business with All About Gift Cards!
