I bought a watch from aliexpress.com I came 2 weeks late and it was broke I am a watch collector and seen the flywheel was bad I emailed the seller and he said lol and the rest was in Chinese I took it too my jeweler who I know for many years who was a close friend and she said the flywheel is broke I took pictures and video and sent it to aliexpress.com and they said there is nothing they can do even though they have a 30 day return policy I paid $117.00 for the watch and they did nothing.

I ordered a lg dog scale. Received tracking # and followed it. Said it was delivered. I was home. We have security cameras. No package. Called FedEX gave them my name and address, which is all correct on the order. FedEx explained to me that the name and address for that tracking # was not the same as mine. Only the sender could get documentation on any incorrect info. I started a online dispute with seller, asked for the correct tracking # for my package.

They claim package delivered and I had to provide documentation. I sent a photo of my order with my name and address and their provided tracking#. Then I provided a photo of printed out FedEX page stating that the tracking # was for a package that my item could not possibly fit. They just said "no Refund" package delivered.

I again explained they had provided me with the wrong tracking # and package was not mine, not delivered to me and I just wanted my money back at this point. They still refused! I gave them the Fed Ex toll free # and explained they just had to call, as the sender, to have confirmation that they had sent to wrong house and person. But they would not.

They have robbed me.

AliExpress.Com And FedEx And CAINIAO Global Fake Tracking Report Scam

I am reporting a business fraud shopping from this merchant Vinida Style Official Store on AliExpress.Com and the merchant store number and name: 5722150 Vinida Style Official Store. I purchase a item from this merchant using my credit card and the tracking number for this same package was order on January 1-2022.

It was sent FedEx and I have never received this package in the mail by FedEx. The tracking reports for this package from FedEx.com and CAINIAO global do not have the same information in their tracking report and FedEx and CAINIAO global tracking both is a web site to track packages. FedEx.com and CAINIAO global and a copy of the tracking report from the merchant on AliExpress is from CAINIAO global and is showing in their tracking records they do not have the same tracking information and is missing tracking destination and is not accurate and do not have the same tracking dates and time.

The tracking number for this same package was sent FedEx, And CAINIAO global ordering tracking do not have the same information in their tracking report like FedEx.com and the package was never sent but is nothing but a fake report and a scam. The merchant from AliExpress told me more than once in a conversation they have contacted FedEx and the courier inform them, they have delivered the package to my home address in my location and the merchant from AliExpress.com.

They avoided what I was telling them about the tracking reports and is telling me different stories and told me in another conversation on 2-11-2022 FedEx courier lost the package and how do the merchant know and can verified if FedEx courier lost the package if they have never checked the tracking reports.

If FedEx courier lost my package, then how did they delivered the package to my home address in my location if the package was lost and if FedEx courier lost the package, then why didn't the courier inform FedEx and the merchant and if FedEx courier lost the package in my location are another location in the United States are in another country then how can the courier delivery the package if it was lost and when and where was the package lost.

If the package was lost then how can it be showing in the tracking reports the package was delivered to my home address in my location on two different days and how could FedEx courier lose the package if the tracking reports is missing tracking destination and do not have the same tracking dates and time and the information in FedEx and CAINIAO global tracking reports is not the same.

If the package was lost before it reached my location FedEx courier would have inform and have reported it to their head company in their location to verified in their tracking reports the package was lost and there is no lost package showing in FedEx and CAINIAO global tracking reports and how can the courier lose a package and not report it and how can the courier and the merchant from AliExpress.com said the package was delivered on my front door steps and how can the package be lost if the merchant and FedEx courier already said the first time the package was delivered on my front door steps.

A copy of the tracking report from FedEx and CAINIAO global are not accurate and do not have the same tracking information and is missing tracking destination and do not have the same tracking dates and time. I have call FedEx customer service on the 1-26-2022 and on the 1-27-2022 and on 2-5-2022 in my location and have file a claim for this case at FedEx on 1-26-2022 and on 2-5-2022 and for some reason I was not able to upload my files and documents to FedEx to show FedEx and CAINIAO global their tracking reports do not have the same information and I have notified FedEx customer service again on 2-5-2022 about this missing package along with the FedEx tracking number and FedEx never responded are return my calls back in regards to this matter.

On January 25-2022 A dispute case was open against this merchant Vinida Style Official Store on AliExpress.com and AliExpress.Com is a waste of people time and money and does not protect their buyers from scam artists and fraudulent and selling people crap with fake advertising and the merchant from AliExpress know the package was never sent FedEx and the tracking reports from FedEx.Com and CAINIAO global tracking is nothing but a fake report and a scam and the merchant is giving me the run around and a bunch of horse crap telling me different stories refunding back my money for a item I have never receive.

I placed an order for 2 pair of sneakers to datong shoe store from aliexpress for $45.53. My order number is : 8140466535202714. Seller sent me wrong shoe models. I open a dispute with aliexpress and sending in 3 pictures as evidence. The first 2 pictures are original pictures seller posted in his listing. The 3rd picture depict the shoes i received. I ordered shoe from picture a and seller sent me shoe from pictures b. Aliexpress admits seller did send me wrong shoe style then they add because the shoe color (?) are right, i will only entitle a partial refund of $9.11.

A $9.11 refund for $45.53 two pair of wrong shoes models? Aliexpress must be crazy or a very sick joke. Aliexpress buyer protection is a very sick scheme scam. Aliexpress team also said if i want a full refund i have to ship the shoes back to china. Aliexpress is very sick place: they protect their sellers. Aliexpress team are a bunch of profestional crooks who know how to rip you off legally. I'm looking to appeal this case on other venues such as aliexpress on bbb, aliexpress on facebook, washington buyer protection agency and on other venues such as scamion.

AliExpress is collected by companies that are irrelevant. They never checked them, people around the world are robbed, and this company is probably covering them up because you can't call them and talk to the boss or get the address. So now China is becoming a wealthy country because they make money out of lies. I bought the shirt I saw in the picture, but I got something terrible, not even the original fabric.This shirt does not look like the pictures, different tailoring, material, thing of terrible quality, I want to return everything I bought on this site, I need my money back. Awful experience.

I also got the cardigan, they selling it as a one size, how it can be one size, obviously small and XL it is different. They didn't send me labels or give me an address to send back. And, as you know, shipping to China is more expensive than to the United States. This company has to give me money back, send me labels to send their clothes back. I also think that this company should be shut down until they check their company. People cannot test things before they receive them. And on ebay it happens all the time. AliExpress will have to pay a fine for their lies.

The case against the alibaba group "the 40 thieves"

I'm one of the tens of thousands of shoppers who have been scammed and cheated out of our money by aliexpress.com Ae).

Buyers are generally lured into a false sense of security that if they are not happy with what they ordered, and the seller refused to pay back their money, ae would refund them.

The following message prominently features on ae website: "we promise your money back if the item you received is not as described."

It couldn't be any further from the truth.

I recently ordered and paid for a pc cooler pad that featured six cooling fans, but only five of the fans worked. I lodged a complaint, attaching photos and a video. At first they accepted the fan was faulty and proposed a full refund.

I accepted. Then the seller complained, saying since only one of the six fans had died, compensation should be limited to one-sixth of the purchase price. I argued that i needed a device that worked at full capacity, one with six fans. Therefore, the defective item with only five working fans wasn't what i'd paid for, demanding ae honored their money-back guarantee.

Regardless, ae switched their "judgment" and ruled in favor of the seller, apparently in lockstep with the chinese government's protectionism ethos.

Much of the merchandise sold through the ae portal are dangerous, defective, ephemeral imitations of familiar goods, or brand knockoffs.

The merchandise requiring sterilization prior to exportation are generally released without the necessary treatments, and most probably contain vectors of pathogenic diseases.

Based on my personal experience, as well as the complaints of many thousands of other scammed victims, i have decided to start an online petition to:

- boycott ae Alibaba group of companies).

- appeal to various global and federal trade and consumer protection agencies to take preventative measures against the alibaba group of companies flooding the consumer markets with defective, dangerous or fake merchandise.

- bring together a critical mass of the defrauded victims that might help instigate a class action lawsuit against ae Or its parent company).

Please sign the petition, and help put a stop to aliexpress's fraudulent business practices.

I purchased a 41" guitar and hard case from the Aliexpress seller and they sent me a 34" children's size guitar and case.

First the seller tried to say I ordered a 38" guitar I asked them if that was the case why did they send a 34" guitar ?

Then the seller changed their tune and said they dont sell 41" guitars but customer feedback states otherwise and shows other customers have purchased 41" guitars from them.

I purchased a radio for my car. It didn't come with any installation instructions. There was nothing to show you how the multiple wires connect to the radio or in my car. I contacted the company to get installation information. They eventually sent me an email with some information about the radio but no real diagrams on how to connect it to the car. They have some short videos on Youtube, but not enough detail to explain how everything should work or how to navigate to different functions on the radio. The radio is supposed to look like a Tesla radio. It is supposed to opperate the temperature controls in my car replacing the factory controls. I could not get it to work. I have contacted the company DLCLH, but they wanted me to skype the engineer instead of creating installation instructions, and including it with the shipment. I know some I.T. but it is still very difficult to sort out.

I don't use skype even with my family. This is the first time I have ever bought a product where I was instructed to skype the seller for installation help. I was instructed to be mindful of the hours of opperation to contact the help desk. I also ordered a camera to connect to the radio, but have yet to receive it. It's been over a month. The radio came 2 weeks after I placed the order. I may not get a refund, but I want to do what I can to discourage others from being treated this way. They are definately not Amazon. I took a chance on them and got burned. I want them to lose as much busness as possible, if thats the way they want to treat people. I heard that negative feedback goes farther than positive feedback.

I made an order from the popular website Aliexpress located in china. Ive ordered product all the time and was treated fairly. This company sunny queen hair somehow created a fake tracking number and charged my online account that was linked to my card (I had rightfully ordered a similar product at a $89 value from a different company a couple day before this weird transaction). My card company contacted me claiming it was fraud then they refunded my money of nearly $300 closed my card and offered a new one that was sent in 5 days. Then a,whole month after I was alerted of account overdraft and when I checked it out the bank reverse the claim and gave the company my money. I was pissed! I called the bank and they claimed that the company had proof of me signing for a package that I never signed for nor recieved. Come to find out that it was,a fake tracking number sent by the company and again I contacted my bank and they said it was out of their hands and in the hands of the seller. I logged into my Aliexpress account and there was a conversation between "myself"and seller asking why was the transaction cancelled I was shocked! Have anyone ever went through this with Aliexpress and any online sellers. I've read about fake tracking numbers thought it was silly until it happened to me! Please help/share in the comments. I order finderscope from Hilary lin's Store, Aliexpress. The seller's website advertise that this scope will give a correct image. But the scope I got produce backward (mirror) image instead. Very disappointed since the price of this scope is equivalent to those of original brand such as Orion, GSO which certainly produce a correct image.

I later asked only partial refund of $20 with picture from the scope and conversation with seller. Aliexpress gave me the verdict of no refund. But if anyone read the conversation, one will know that the seller knew what was wrong, but showed no responsibility. And Aliexpress didn't really read what I mentioned. So disappointed with both seller and Aliexpress staff.

I purchased a wig for Mic Hair. It was nice for a week. Then it matted up and began to fall out. I filed a despute after sending messages to store. They only responded after I filed despute. They promised to send new wig if I cancelled despute. They said to give them 10 days to make new wig. Once I cancelled despute they no longer responded to me. When I tried to file despute again, I could not because it was beyond the allowed time frame. That is why the store asked me to wait 10 days. They knew that I would not be able to file despute after that.Mic Hair store is a scam. They rush you to leave positive review before Hair goes bad, then they convince you to drop despute so that you have no options. Hair is not real. Only lasted a week

I ordered a unit from this hair company on Ebay. They are better known on Aliexpress & Alibaba. The communication was decent before my purchase. I asked sa number of questions because I've had bad results from other Chinese merchants. Well, I'm thoroughly convinced that they are all bad!

I gave someone named Young my measurments & specs, because I didn't want any fitting issues.. I choose no straps or combs (combs seperate in case). I was infromed that they didn't have any without & that a small should fit. I was willing to wait for a custom but they didn't want to do one. So, I made sure before hand that if it didn't fit they would pay to ship it back. They agreed.

They decided that were going to cut the straps off but changed their mind before shipping it. When I received the unit at first look it was very thin & had a lot (did I mention a lot) of beards. I tried it on anyway & it was a little big. So, I contacted Young to let them know. They offered to give a partial refund. I explained that I needed to send it back, it didn't fit properly. They wouldn't send me a return label & stopped repling to my messages.

I opened a dispute with Ebay. I explained that they agreed to pay the return shipping prior. They sided with them & disregarded that they lied. Once again these Chinese people that have monopolized the market are getting over on us & we're not supported by the US companies!!

On September 2, 2015 I ordered 5 winter caps from winwinstep at Aliexpress. The parcel didn't arrive and I extended the buyer protection time several times. As the parcel still didn't arrive I opened a dispute at the end of December 2015. The seller told me that she would re-send my parcel and asked me to close the dispute. I trusted her and agreed to her offer. She provided me with a tracking number claiming it was valid, told me that if there would be any problem with my order I could contact her and she would take further action. And I closed the dispute, which was my hugest mistake. The second parcel didn't arrive either and I contacted the seller again. And instead of helping me and solving my problem the seller blatantly lied to me claiming that she had extended the buyer protection time and there was no risk for me. And she asked me to wait for the second parcel. But her words was a blatant lie because as I closed the dispute the order was automatically closed back in January 2016.

I wrote to the seller the same day (on March 28, 2016, the day when she told me that she extended the buyer protection time) and asked her to provide some evidence to confirm that the buyer protection time had been really extended. Of course she didn't reply. On April 7, 2015 I wrote to her one more time but there were no reply from her again. And still there is no reply from her. Now I understand why she asked me to close the dispute. She perfectly knew that if I closed the dispute, I would have lost automatically the buyer protection (when I opened the dispute there were just a few days till the end of the buyer protection) and would not be able to do anything to get my money back.

The advertisement offered express shipping for $2, and a "Full Refund if product not received in 19 days", and a "Full Refund if product delivered is not what is described". 21 days after ordering i contacted the seller as to why my product had not been received, and she apologized for not sending it express and that she had sent it regular mail. She offered me a $2 refund. I mentioned her "Full Refund if product not received in 19 days" policy, and she said "Product maybe arrive in 10 days.

I give you $2". I opened a dispute with AliExpress who immediately supported my story. 62 days it took for this product to arrive, and what did we receive? My daughter now has a "Harry BLAGGER, The Order of the Phoenix" iPad case. Harry Blagger?

Ok, perhaps I get that you can't produce a Trademarked product that you aren't licensed to sell, but shouldn't you note that in the advertisement in big bold letters? Or, maybe you shouldn't be offering to sell them at all? My daughter is very upset that she has a Harry Blagger iPad case from these scam artsists! Yes, I received a full refund from AliExpress, but this online store shouldn't be in business with their empty guarantees and knock-off unlicensed products.

Sent the money and a new guy took over the website and said we fired the other guy and he stole your money and we are not going to send you any of the product, but you can order it from us and we will make sure you get it this time. I made two purchases on Aliexpress.com early in March. !st order: shoes were wrong color and did not fit. I had to open a dispute. I returned the shoes. I kept messaging them, and the seller said she could not track the goods. I kept resending the tracking number. She finally acknowledged the goods were recieved at the warehouse. Still no refund. The 2nd order: I finally got the shoes. Way too huge. I messaged the seller, sent her the picture she asked for. I had opened up a dispute.

Went online chat several times. They closed the dispute without a refund, or instructions to return the goods. I was online again, and was told I did not respond in time for the dispute. This is a lie! They have used that excuse to keep my money. There is NO way to contact them other than chat. I found a phone number, but it is a bogus number. So, now I am out almost $100.00 for these two orders. I filed a complaint online at the FBI's site. I am so pissed off, my blood is boiling!

Sent a deposit for custom-made products. Factory canceled the order, but would not return the deposit.

Transcation was performed through Alibaba.com. We filed a dispute with Alibaba, but they just blew us off and said there was some kind of communication error, even though we provided 300 MB of documentation.

Alibaba is a fraud and Cixi Tianshiyuan Sanitary Ware CO factory is fraudulent.

They also produce very low / faulty products. 50% defect rate.

On July 22, 2015 I placed and order on aliexpress order #68294707971564 a few days later after I paid for the item, I recieve a message that stated my order had been frozen due to suspicious seller activity and if the seller doesn't respond in 3 business days, I will recieve a full refund, and could take up to 15 business days for the case to be resolved.

Today is January 24,2016 and I havn't recieved my refund yet!! I have spoken to several people on chat and email promising I will get my refund back it has been 6 months and I haven't got nothing they won't answer my email or anything. even though it wasn't much but still they have stolen my money. what should I do next, who do I contact because I want and need my money!!

On 11/13/15 I purchased 4 ZTW Black Widow Motors with built-in ESCs for quadcopter for $27.99 each ($111.96 total).

On 11/21/15, I saw that the item was "no longer available" and sent the seller a message asking if I should cancel. No reply.

11/22 - Requested a cancel as "item not available".

Seller REJECTED cancel request said it was already shipped.

Then marked the order as shipped, and entered a FAKE tracking number.

Then the seller sends a message that there is a "logistics delay" and asked me to cancel with "other reason" (doesn't count against the seller - unavailable item does). Since it was marked shipped, that's not an option. I message seller that, and talked to AliExpress customer support. They say seller would have to cancel, or I can put in a dispute.

11/23 - Seller says to put in the dispute. (Seller could cancel per AliExpress rep but they don't).

Disputes have to wait 10 days from shipping before they can be started.

12/3 - Put in dispute, and seller agrees.

12/9 - Seller wants me to change negative feedback to positive. Really?!?!

That's the story with the seller, but my story doesn't end here... They tried to cheat the system, and made life difficult. BTW, the seller is still allowed on AliExpress even after AliExpress became away of their practices.

Side story: Seller Feedback says "10" 1-2 star reviews in the past 3 months. Actuality = 39. AliExpress rigs feedback in the sellers favor. For last 6 months: 1028 positive, 15 neutral, 40 negative. So % positive would be pos / total. (1028 / (1028+15+40)) * 100 = 96.25% According to AliExpress it's 98.2%

The rest of the story is I'm still waiting on the refund. AliPay is the escrow side of AliExpress. They've had the money since 11/13. On 12/3 they "started the refund". I've talked with AliPay customer representatives 4 times now. All 4!! have tried to blame the bank that "AliPay is trying to work with the bank to get the refund processed". Yeah, right.

These people at this company are complete idiots. I ordered 3 nice so called button down shirts and they sent it to the wrong address. I live in the bronx and they shipped it to a small town in Louisiana. How did they mix these two addresses up I dont know. But at least send me a replacement or a refund. I got neither I got screwed big time. So I am putting the word out there for everyone to avoid them.

I was scammed by mr . Golcman . I have more evidence of the scam. I contacted via web , he communicated with me by email , we perform a transaction of buying an outboard what make payment via wester , where I stated Mr. Golcman . sending never occurred. Sorry for my english, but i dont write and speak english, Only speak my niece. But is very importan for me that explain what happened. Please call in the number. Thank you

I bought 105 lights from them, they were supposed to send my lights after a week because I paid for express service, I email them at least 100 times, asking them for my products, i called them. even tho I speak basic Mandarin, the person that answers the phone does not even know her number is a company.

Anyways, I got a reply after three weeks, they were saying I have to wait because they are checking my lights, and blah blah blah... waited another 3 weeks, I had to tell them I have friends in Shenzhen and I would like to go to their office for my products and that my friends will send me the lights because i bought them for a big project in a city in Peru.

My company got fine because of them, I incurred to many expenses because of them.

Finally my lights were sent after 8 weeks (yessss! 2 months after).... and didnt get 105 lights, I got 102, which 15 of them dont work, and the rest blink to work...,

PRODUCTS ARE VERY LOW QUALITY, I can say they are GARBAGE!!!!, i wouldnt even set them up in my house for recreation because they are really bad products.

I wrote to them again... It is been 2 weeks trying to get in contact with them, asking them for a refund or to send me at least the 15 lights that are not working, i will put them on an auction for chartity if it is possible, because i dont know who in their 5 sense will buy products like this.

MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT LEAST YOU WANT TO GET a horrible time fighting with two people like GUS AND CARL IN that laugh at their customers and dont answer any email.

If you open dispute the seller calls and pretends they will refund you and you change to dispute to refund accepted but then it doesnt go thru because they say never recieved and your money is gone. Customer service is a joke,

Bought 140 expensive action cameras on AliExpress from this seller in Shenzhen, China. After a month of excuses why he couldn't ship it, he became unrepsonsive. I opened a fraud claim through AliExpress over two months ago and it is still pending... This seller is a dirty scammer who frauded me out of $10,500 USD. And AliExpress does nothing to stop these kind of frauds. When the claims department contacted the seller for proof of shipment, he sent out a box of cheap chinese garbage (seflie sticks, knock-off speakers) just so he can make it look like I got my order and the weight was correct. I can't believe I got scammed on a site that promises protection.
