THE WORST BABYSITTER ON THE PLANET!

Its been some time since this young lady (ALLIE PRESS) babysitted our child, my wife just informed me last week what occured a while back and I literally blew my top off. My wife and I had a night on the town and we left ALLIE in care of our child who has special needs. While I was driving my wife was viewing our home from her phone app and checking in on things at home. She told me some time later that Allie was on our couch doing questionable things to herself while speaking to someone from her cell, (you do the math) while our child was screaming and screaming from her crib. My wife zoomed in on her to see the unthinkable. To be doing this while we are not home, with our baby screaming from the other room, then falling asleep. If she is still baby sitting, I think its important that her potential clients know about how she handles herself while on the job. Maybe she should consider another career more appropiate to her skillset.

I bought this VEVOR Outdoor Pizza Oven, 12" Wood Fire from Aliexpress.

I had to shut down the fire becuase the paint inmediately started to melt down from the wall of the unit. The chemical smell form the oven was so overpowering that I decided to kill the fire and not to use it at all.

I inmediately reported the issue to Aliexpress. I filed a return resquest. The vendor asked for pictures which I submitted to them. They oferered me a refund worth about 20 % of the cost of the product. It was an insult to my intelligence. An offer which I inmediately refused. So, they asked me to pack it an shipped back for a full refund.

Therefore, here I want to people know that this product is not safe to be used and should not be purchased by anyone. Besides being make of poor quality materia, it is hazmat !!!

I purchased a Les Paul copy guitar from ALI Express for $279.00. Everything appeared to be going normally until the tracking showed that the order was at US customs pending clearance. The status never changed for over a month and still remains in that status. My order included the cost of shipping.

When I contacted AL I express they stated that it was my responsibility to pay any import taxes and for me to contact US customs. I was not happy with this response but proceeded to contact customs. US customs advised me that they had no record of the tracking number or this order anywhere in their system nationwide.

When I contacted a LI express it was like they never even read what I was telling them and said I would have to contact customs . They proceeded to close my complaint. So I was charged for an item I never received. I will never do business with this company again and will make sure I share my experience with others.

They made no attempt to get involved with the shipping and get me my product or to further investigate. They relied on their in accurate tracking that said the order was at customs even though I told them customs does not have it and gave them contact information.

Do not use this company they are bad news and customer service is terrible.

I purchased a used engine, it turned out to be bad.

They do not communicate in a timely manner, as a result my truck has been in the shop for going on 4 months.

They are trying to cheat me on the parts by only paying a fraction of the cost, they have already cost me over $6000 out of pocket for something that should have only been $2500.

They won't pay return freight for their bad product, that did not disclose the true condition of the engine when they sold it.They left out the part where the engine had several thousand hours of idle time on it, which in my opinion negatese fact that it only has 46K miles on it.

All in all they are a bunch of cheats and the public needs to know.

Aliexpess is impssible to get ahold of. I have called 26 times in as many days, and have left countless e-mails for a call back. I have not recieved no call backs.

They are a rip off company. So far they have taken $88.27 out of my account. I want to cancel this company fom taking any more money from me. Again, they are impossible o gt ahold of.

I purchased a rechargeable roatary callous remover from an AliExpress vendor who identifies as Shop #4988300.

After fully charging the unit, I tried using it to remove callouses on my feet. However, if you apply even the slightest pressure, the motor stops (worthless product). I asked for a refund and the store replied that I needed to use a softer touch. I told them that a softer touch would not remove callouses because then there was not enough friction to remove callouses!

The dispuite was escalated to AliExpress. They told me that they had found in favor of the Seller and would not authorize a refund. Their rationale was that I did not follow the Sellers recommendation of only touching the skin lightly. What a joke!

I have had other simiular bad expreiences with AliExpress. They protect the Sellers in China 99% of the time. You have been warned- Buyer beware!

I placed an order on the AliExpress platform with the Vendor On Fleek Hair Wig Store On July 18th, 2020. The Delivery Time was from 4-13 days. I contacted the Vendor on 7.26.2020 inquiring about my order because I had not received it yet. The Vendor answered me on the 27th of July, 2020 saying the delivery would be in 7-15 days because of covid 19, according to FedEX.

On 08.01.2020, I contacted the Vendor again & informed them I had 10 days left to file a Claim. After tracking my order and finding out that it never left China, I was going to file a missing order complaint by 08.09.2020. The Vendor replied on 8.6.2020, that they told me, I would receive it in 7-10 working days; and to give them my email so they could give it to FedEx to contact me before they deliver the package. But I did not feel comfortable sharing my email address with the Vendor. I saw no point in doing that.

Then I replied back to them, on 8.6.2020, that I was requesting a refund in the total amount of $124.00 because I had waited 19 full days, and it was 14 days, not counting weekends, and that I was tired of waiting. The Vendor answered on 8.8.2020 with an apology and excuse that all of aliexpress packages were delayed due to the virus getting serious all over the world. They have called FedEx and they can update the servers for me, or did I still want my refund? I replied on 8.9.2020, no thanks. I want my Refund please. Thanks.

Then, on 8.9.2020, the Vendor replied: if you want refund,since we have ship the package out,pls cancel the dispute first then open a new dispute for "Refund and Return the item",and choose"the shipping method is not as described",so that we can just stopped the package and you don't need to return any item,we will provide the evidence to aliexpress and tell them you don't get the package,they will refund for you asap. That was a BIG RED FLAG TO ME! Because Now, They Wanted Me To PRETEND I Received Their Package, etc. and I wasn't about to tell that lie! Nor play their games! I then realized, they had stolen my money because they now wanted me to pretend I received their 'shipped package' but I never did receive it.

To make this frustrating story short, after I had put in a Dispute Complaint, the Vendor sent ' Bogus proof of Delivery Ticket' showing the Labels Printed and then showing a closing, delivered package box making a claim that I had signed for their package, with the name on my order. I was SHOCKED! How on Earth could they do that? How could they Print out a BOLD FACED LIE like that!? I Never got my Order. I began to panic!

I contacted FedEx and was speaking with their Virtual Assistant online. I took pictures of our conversation. According to FedEX, my Order # showed that the Vendor sent to them a 'Shipping Label' that had been made for my Order, but their Status was Pending, while awaiting my package to arrive from the Vendor, in which it Never Did! This seemed like the 'Twilight Zone'. Everything was 'grainy' and vague to me. I was going back and forth to my account on AliExpress to look at the Vendor's Bogus Lies again, then go back to provide the Virtual Assistant with more information.

This time, I provided FedEX with the 'Delivery Ticket #, and this time, the Virtual Assistant replied, according to that Delivery Ticket Number, the package had been delivered on 8.01.2020 and they gave me the Time, and the name of the person who signed for it. Which is a totally different name & person than myself! But, by me still being in Shock. I immediately contacted my housing manager and wrongfully accused someone of stealing my package. I was in shambles. Then after calming down, I realized that the Vendor was being DECEITFUL all the while! I then emailed my residential manager the next day apologizing and explained that NO ONE had stolen any package from me; that the Chinese Vendor had lied! Exhaling... I Believe FedEX. That's how I realized the Vendor was Crooked!

My Conversation With The FedEx Virtual Assistant:

Please ask me your questions about FedEx products and services. You: #XXX(protected info)/ FedEx: I’m sorry, we couldn’t find any locations near that address. Please try the FedEx Locator for additional search options./You: I just gave you the Tracking # /FedEx: The shipper has prepared your package, however, they have not yet given it to FedEx. As you can see, the Vendor has been LYING! And Presented a Bogus Delivery Ticket & Proof Of Delivery to my 'signed name', which are ALL BOGUS! As They Never Sent My Package To FedEX. That's Why It's Still In A Pending Status Within The FedEX Tracker System./

And Guess What?: I just got notified by AliExpress that they have 'Proof' that the package was delivered to me and unless I provide otherwise, they will be closing my case. ??? I DON'T THINK SO! I have proven myself to AliExpress Virtual Assistants as well as Upload my Proof of the Vendor's Lies, by Sharing FedEX Information as well, and yet they said I haven't proven anything? I am soooo disheartened! THEY ARE ALL CROOKED TO ME! Also, the Vendor is now harassing to Refund me through PayPal? I Did Not Pay Them Through PayPal! /

Hello everyone An $5 order that never came to my country, opened a dispute since 2 months, they closed it today with zero refund, they said that its been reach to my local post office while in the tracking shows no update since 28th of March, they totally becoming a fraud company.

Talked many many times to customer service, sent emails, chats, they refused to refund me. Chinese became no honest anymore, just because they are in China they think no one can punch them or judge them. They are stealing international buyers very clearly, shame on them.

I ordered a replacement oil cap listed as a fit for my car, even came with a sticker (of the name of the car) to apply to the top of the cap. The cap in no way fit the engine block and when I compared the threads of both caps they are completely different. I messaged the seller who told me I ordered the wrong cap.

I asked for a return and a link pointing me to the correct listing. The seller communicated with me up until I asked for the return/refund. I then opened a dispute which requested photo evidence that the parts were different. The dispute was then closed by Aliexpress stating my claim the part didn't fit was invalid.

I then opened a live chat with a representative who required me to send them a video of the part not fitting. I told this person, I've already provided ample proof by way of the very clear, highly resolute photo that the threading on the purchased cap was not compatible with the stock cap. Why would you list the item (yes I went back and looked at the description to make sure I didn't order by mistake), include a sticker for that specific car then deny a refund when it states on the seller's refund policy that returns are allowed.

Buyer beware; the items are inexpensive and may be exactly what you're looking for but if the listing is misleading and you order the wrong part by mistake, you will be asked to jump through hoops to prove you're correct and deserving of a refund/exchange. They also play off the whole thing with their polite language and seemingly great customer service but you will not be satisfied.

I bought shoes one seller from aliexpress site. I didn't like it and asked from aliexpress refund. They asked me proofs. The product was not as described and it was small. Aliexpress told me that the pictures are not enough for us and if you want refund you have to return the product. I tried to do that but shipping price was more than product price.

Buyer Protection, which specifies "Full Refund if you don't receive your order" - FALSE. And no refunds, or only a partial refunds for defective or damaged products.

Fake Products, not as advertised

Delivery times for goods is a lot more than specified

Customer service does nothing usefull, not help full at all, and misleading

Sent me a burned out motherboard will not refund. Are asking for video evidence that the board doesn’t work. They sent the board with the battery installed and probably got zapped in a scanner because cmos active with battery in.

NOTE... it is also illegal to ship lithium batteries in an airplane but... installed the board in a new build computer using all new parts and it doesn’t post. Doesn’t turn on at all. Checked all connections, NG. Found another board on eBay, used, installed used board and computer runs.

Relayed all info to Aliexpress in dispute and refund is denied for lack of evidence? Do not buy electronics on Aliexpress. They do not honor guarantee, they will not refund for faulty parts and the Aliexpress appeal process is completely One sided in favor of their stores/ sellers. This was the Amyloving store by the way.

I purchased a Musical Instrument 0n 5/21/2018 $299 was withdrawn on 5/24/2018 seeler claims 196 in stock, but has NO products. Claimed to have shipped on 6/04 but tracking shows no product ever picked up. 6/24 seller gave excuse "Still in Process" now 7/09 and no response no shippment. AliExpress is a rippof. Buyer Protection is just a Scam racket to defraud customers.

Ordered a kitchen sink from store "qiye2" for nearly $400.00. The sink had two large dents in the bottom when I received it. Had to dispute as seller refused a refund (offered me $20!!). Aliexpress offered a refund of $189.00. So I am out the 50% difference.

Ordering from Aliexpress is like gambling, you won't get your money back. And these "stores" can just keep changing their name. I think the sink was a "Scratch and Dent" buy out by the seller and he figured he could pawn these damaged product off on stupid Americans.

On the 17th of June 2016, I bought Three Hard Disks from AliExpress website. The name of the store or seller was sea storage.

When The item arrived in Nigeria and I picked it up, I tried slotting them into my server, The couldnt go in.... I realized Immediately that I got the part number wrong (My fault).

When I saw this, I immediately contacted the seller through aliexpress website, The seller responded and told me to send the details of the right one I want to a particular email address that they will send me the right one. ( I was so happy to hear this). Because of all of these, I decided not to mark this transaction completed as to me it wasnt. Surprising, AliExpress decided on their own to mark it complete and by this I couldnt open a dispute on this transaction.

I sent an email to the address given and we started communicating. They asked me to send the hard disk back to them which I did. After sending them the hard disk, they said I will have to pay extra for the right on. Note I paid for 2TB hard each. They told me they dont have 2TB for the real on I need but only 1Tb and I will have to pay close to 300 dollars extra.

After some back and forth, I agreed to this. Then Nigeria had some restrictions on the amount of dollar you can pay out and all, I got stuck at this stage and couldnt send money out to them.

However we kept communicating. Now The restrictions got lifted and I was ready to pay these guys. I found out the email I had been mailing was not working anymore. I called Aliexpress Customer centre through their chats and all I heard was that it would be resolved. I gave them all the details they requested for. Even the shipping bill and tracking number with which I returned the hard disk.

The annoying thing here is that, the customer care agent will promise me week in, week out that they can see on their system that I was going to be paid back my money as the seller has been contacted and reprimanded for this action, but up till this very money, I have nothing indicating such.

Its Painful that one has to suffer this much. The Total money I paid was $681.07

I was recently be cheated by a Three Crown memeber!!!! adn Alibaba is helping it to scam!

I ordered 2 lenovo phones, but they shipped only one. When I complained, they asked me to provide OPENING video, so I took the video, but they said that it`s been openned, not effective proof, that means I have to video the openning, not ready, not prepared, you loose!

And I openned a dispute, the 3 Crown member upload a newly made video that has a lot details not correspond with my parcel, and it upload the newly printed shipping label (that is terrible me to learn that they can easily access and print and play with SHIPPING label from Singapore Post!!!). I was required by Alibaba to have a official proof from Post Canada, I went to Post Canada 2 times, it will never proove what inside of parcel, Post Canada just transfer whatever they received, no one ever openned the parcel.
