I had originally purchared a subscription for 1 year from this company ALGOCADEMY. It was supposed to be for one year only, I never read anywhere that they would automatically renew my subscription, didn't see it any where nor did they send me any emails that my subscription was about to renew.
They went ahead and auto renewed my subscription for $179.99 on October 11, 2022.
When I noticed this charge I contacted my credit card company and disputed this charge. It was originally was taken off but the charge came back to my credit card, they submitted some document saying they automatically renewed and there are no refunds.
It was never revealed to me by emai or any other means that my subscription would auto-renew!
Please becareful of algocademy, they practice very dirty business practices, I have signed up for many things online in the past, never have I been auto charged for anything. They do so by default when signing up which is not stated anywhere.
Stay away from this company, they are a complete rip off!
