| This guy sells his fake gold jewelry stamped "14k" to make it look official that it's a real solid gold piece of jewelry (which is illegal to do because it's not really solid gold but a counterfeit piece of copper jewerly). I found him on eBay because his auction described that he has solid .925 Sterling Silver 14k yellow gold plating Miami Cuban Link chains, jesus pieces, and crosses "so low that you can't say no" but he can be found on Facebook, Letgo, and craigslist.. I made contact with him initially by sending him an eBay message requesting the availability and price for a Miam Cuban Link chain in 14k white gold plating. Then, he said to contact him directly at his phone number which as advertised on his eBay pictures and description (which is a violation of eBay policies) because this would be a custom order.
I was hesitant at first but he assured me that he can make one chain in 14k white gold with the chain stamped "14k" (which is illegal to stamp unless it is actually a solid real gold jewelry) but the payment would be by sending him $160 via money transfer with Western Union. |
| So, I sent him $160 and waited for my chain to arrive in the mail. After one week has gone by, I recieved the package he sent out but when I opened it..it was not a Miami Cuban link chain in 14k white gold. Instead, he sent me a chain in 14k yellow gold.WTF? I immediately called him to tell him that he sent the wrong chain and that I wanted what I ordered and paid for which was for a 14k white gold chain. His response was "give me a few hours and I will get back to you". Now, it's been over a week and he still has not gotten back to me. |
| In addition, he does not reply to my texts or voicemails. Evidently, he has blocked my number so all calls goes to voicemail. I was so mad at him that he scammed me so I reported him to eBay. Although, the sale was not made through eBay, they still will investigate this because the sale was made outside of eBay which is against there policies. In addition, I had the metal tested and it came back as tested for copper and not .925 sterling silver. I am not the only one that has learned this, another one of his eBay customers reported that his chain too was tested as being copper and not .925 sterling silver. And, another customer said that his jewelry tested for stainless steel and not .925 sterling silver. I sincerley advise that if you come in contact with this criminial, that you should avoid all the fake jewelry that he sells because it is not as described. In addition, he sells fake Rolex replicas which is against the law. Please learn from my mistakes because you can't trust this person, he is a criminal, a coward, as well as a latino c ********* (which I found him posting on craigslist personals)! |
