Like a lot of people I have been cheated by James Jones. Just writing about being cheated does not mean any action will get taken so instead I suggest everyone who has been cheated write to me at [email protected] and I will start a circulation list that can be taken to Interpol and/or file a law suit. Its no use going through the Police in Chile they wont do anything, but if Interpol is involved and a large number of people have evidence and have come forward he will go to jail, the police in Chile will have to act. My sense is also that no point suing James Jones he has no money.
This is an incident that started in November 2014. Which there is a funder by the name of James Colville Jones & Maria De Castillo have came forward and said that they are keen in providing funding for my sources.
When November 2014 came Pastor James Jones, yes you didn't read wrongly he calls himself a Pastor and a Doctor who have own Copper Mines. Made his way to Singapore for a site visit , once he is satisfied on the site he will then start to fund. He left Singapore on the 7th of Noveber 2014. When back to Chile and my sources started to send him various paperwork which he asked for. This is to fund a particular development in Malaysia.
After which he was supposed to be here on January 2015 to complete the funding but did not happened. In between November 2014 and Janaury 2015 he was trying to cash the papers from Alfa Bank to a certain local bank here in Singapore.
The bank account however belongs to my sources, yet he claims to be his when he was working on a ex-banker to cash the papers from Alfa Bank.
This Pastor James Jones also claimed that he have an attorney in South America going by the name of Oscar Mersan that is linked to the World bank. Which I doubt is true.
He finally made his way here on 5th of March 2015, stayed here for a period of 6 weeks but still didn't produce any sort of funding. However, not only that he ask for an additional of USD8K as closing fees and also for his accomodation and expenses to be paid by my sources here in Singapore. Which is ridiculous. Since he have not performed. Not funded and not reimbursed a single cent back to my sources.
