I bought a gate system from this company thinking they was an all right company, the problem started when the exit wand stop working so I called them which took them freekin forevery to contact me back it seems that eveyone who works in the office is just stupid and nobody knows what is going on. I install a gate system on a ranch home where the exit wand was not working that is about 45min one way from where I live. So called the service tech EJ who ask me to drive out there and take the none working part out of the ground and send it to them I ask him was he crazy so I told him I would buy the exit wand and refund me when I send the old one in which took forever.
So the new wand comes in I go out dig up the old one and before I put the new one in the ground I did a test on it the damm thing didnt work so I called tech support in an hour and a half I made sereval call to them like 8 times, I left mesages did not get a return call or anything so after being on this jod for two and ahalf hours I finially got a hold of tech support EJ. He could not figure out why the thing was not work so we decided that we would replace the control board. After calling him (EJ) several times and every time I talk to him he acts like he dont know what I am talking about. I couldnt believe this guy EJ they sell units thats weather proof that goes out side but try to blame it on the weather ther reason why its not working how freakin stupid can you be.
So now I have to buy a control board and do a retun when I send in the none working one. I really dont know how this guys stay in business when they do not have good customer service. For a freakin week I have been trying to contact this yahoos. These guys have the worst customer service I have erver dealt with. Up until this point I have been going through with them for a FREAKIN month.
