Gerry A. Manzari operates this and other scam companies. On albanydistributing.com, he bills you $59 to see his wholesale (NOT) prices on products that are not available no matter what the price. As soon as you seel some of his products you'll find out that he has nothing then you have to explain to your customers why you can not ship their merchandise to them.

Look up albanydistributing.com and five star choice, llc online and you'll see.

Stay clear of this scamming looser!

This company claims to be a wholesale distributor with guaranteed lowest prices. They do not share any pricing information until you pay for their service. Once i got access I found their products are only available at retail prices. When I contacted them with my concerns they agreed to cancel but they never refunded my money. Their website is a scam.

This "company" will take your money, claiming to have the lowest wholesale dropship prices. He calls your membership fee a "deposit" so it is not refundable. He doesn't let you see the prices until you pay because they are at retail on them. He will tell you that you have to purchase in quantity to get better pricing on their products, which research shows they don't even ship if you order them. I requested a refund the same day my account was created. He told me to file a charge back on my credit card. He told me his "back office knows how to get around that" and that i will never get my money back. He immediately closed my account. I filed the charge back and he created a fictitious log of me "accessing my account 8 times during a 5 week period." this is a complete scam! also, don't be fooled by the a+ accredited bbb badge on his website. The real rating at the time of this writing is d+ and the business is not bbb accredited.

No Customer Service or Sense of Urgency

I wish there were a zero start that I could give them. I want to say that they are scammer, but I can't because they are a legitimate business. Their BBB score is a D+. There are more complaints on there than anything.

bbb.org/upstate-new-york…

I have made couple order with them. All I can say so far about my experience is that it is absolutely ridiculous and pitiful. There is no customer service at all. Both Greg & Gerry A. Manzari are disappointments. They have no sense of urgency. I have attempted to call them over 100 times over a 3 days span. I still have not gotten any resolution. My orders are being put on hold. They are saying that the bank does not approve. I've called my bank and talked to 4 different people and all four stated that the transaction is approved.

I presume that neither Greg nor Gerry A. Manzari know what they are doing. I've requested a call several times via emails, yet I'm still waiting. My customers are frustrated. I'm frustrated. I have no one to turn to, and those people at Albany Distributing are no help whatsoever. I don't want my business(thenewestfactor.com) to have the same bad rep they do. Once my issue is resolved (IF IT'S RESOLVED), I will follow thru to close my accounts with them and request a refund for the sign up fee. I realized that most of the suppliers that request a sign up have mostly bad services. They need to sign up fee to sustain their business.

If you are looking for suppliers. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you don't wan to deal with the headache.

(I will post updates when this matter is resolved)

September 27th,2015 I saw Albany Distributing advertised on Worldwidebrands.com. I checked it out and called either that day or the next to see if I could obtain a sample of the pricing. I was told this was only for members and private info, so I would have to join but I had 30 days to try it risk free. After 10 minutes, I realized the prices were not wholesale and this was not going to benefit my business. I tried to call but no answer and I then emailed them to let them know I wanted to cancel and be reimbursed the $59. I received a phone call the next day stating they would send a credit to my credit card company. They said it would take up to 8 weeks. I waited, no refund. I called, no answer, so I emailed again and was told someone on their end did not complete the refund process. They would send through right away. I waited, still no refund. I called and emailed. They called me back the next day and said they would investigate and call me back. They then said my phone number 425-xxx-xxxx was making their system change my zip code to a Washington state zip and that was why the credit didn't go through. I gave gem a local number 850-xxx-xxxx and they said that should do it. I believe the mans name was Eric. I wait again, no refund. I then email them stating they just need to mail me a check because obviously there is an issue with this process. They agree and say it will be the following Thursday because the Ccounting department only cuts checks on those days. He sends me a form to change from my business name to personal since I paid with that card. I send it back and they call me and say they have it and will send check. I receive no refund or communication further. I finall email them again. A man named Greg calls me back and is very argumentative stating their policy is nonrefundable and non cancellable and he has no idea what I am talking about. I tell him he needs to look at the notes on my account and explain all the above. He says he has to check with someone higher up. He calls me back in 3 hours and states there will be no refund-I ask for his name and he refuses to give it. I keep asking and he finally told me Greg-no last name. I ask to speak to his supervisor and he states that he doesn't have on-I then say well there is someone higher than you-who signs your checks. He then says Tasha will call me but it will be Saturday. I received no call. The dates of my emails and calls are 9/28/2015,10/3/2015, 10/28/15, 11/3/2015, 11/23/2015, 12/3/2015, 1/02/2015, 1/04/2016,1/12/2016, 1/28/2016 I do have phone records on my cell bill for their calls to me.

Albany Distributing excellent wholesale prices and product selection

I recently came across Albany Distributing and I have to say that I am really glad I found them. They charge a sign up fee of $59 to join which I didn't like at first, but there are no monthly or annual fees to use their service and their dropship prices are excellent and a lot lower than Amazon, which was important. Because many other suppliers with the exception of a few where much higher than Amazon. Albany, as well as a couple other suppliers are a lot lower than Amazon which means there is profit to be made selling their products.

This website, were posted on Google about Dropshipping. Also it appear as a BBB Approved Business. And I began to read all the information, in the FAQ's; they didn't mention anything about charging $59 dollars for the dropshipping. That day on August, I went to my bank statement online, and immediately saw the debit. On August 26, I inserted my credit card, creating my profile on their website, because I thought it was going to be charged if I order something. Immediately I wrote to them, to stop the process for the card. And refund it, and excuses have been given since then.

More than 30 days and I haven't receive my refund. Also the telephone cannot be reached, the customer service is the same guy; they don't have anything. There emails, have no name, the call from a phone that cannot be reached and more than 30 days for a refund is ridiculous. [continued below]....

The "manager" called me saying that he was going to give me another refund, besides the one they did. So I was going to receive 2 refunds, for the time passed.

He said his name was Martin, and he didn't sent me the confirmation # for the 2nd refund. This website is a scam, and I need someone to stop this.
