Alamo Pool Builders owes me nearly $25,000 in unpaid sales commissions. They begun to refuse to pay me sales commissions starting back in November of 2020. What started this is when I started to ask the Owner, AJ about when I should expect to start seeing my sales commissions, AJ become upset and started yelling at me on why I was questioning his "integrity " and went on to rant about how he doesn't screw people and why I was as he referred to "busting his balls" and if I didn't like there was the door and go work somewhere else.
From there the situation and my relationship as an employee became increasingly worse. The more I asked the more they threatened me with legal action and kept saying they would sue me for slander and damaging his "integrity " and the "integrity" of his company. Ultimately they terminated me for "insubordination " because I was insisting too much too often to him about my pay and I was as he referred as "busting" his balls. I'm glad they did terminate me because as of to date from what I discovered upon doing my own investigation was is that he has been allegedly giving his customers the run around and is not completing the jobs in a timely manner is he is allegedly not paying his sub-contractors, suppliers and other vendors.
Since I left there I have been getting weekly calls from some of my customers that I sold pools to asking about what is going on with Alamo Pool Builders and there has been little communication and some of these customers have been stating that they were considering legal action. I suppose it was a good thing that they fired me when they did because I am no longer liable for their poor customer service issues and construction issues they are being plagued with.
