Monday Aug 3,2015 a school bus ran into my parked truck it caused about 6 thousand in damage to my 2010 ram 1500 crew cab. A police report was filled of coarse the cop who filed witness it happened lucky me i thought. I was told wait 3 days get the report and 2 estimates to fix the damages i did that then i was to fill out paperwork then take it to be notirized. for unknown reasons i was told i was going to be called that thursday to know the progress to have my truck in the shop for repairs nothing .so friday 8/7/2015 through email only i have been in contact with Lucy Hester Seller she says they are going to pay 4,850 to have my truck repaired im to pay for a rental then be reimbursed no more than 675$ for a 2 week period. i informed her i can not fit my 3 children in a small car i need equal size truck suv etc basically tough is what im told. Then their is the mention of the lost equity in the vehicle when i trade it in what of my loss this is unfair she told me to file a claim with my insurance if im unhappy with their terms
