We are a company that deals in outside sales with reputable builders and property management groups. We were contacted by Mr. Mark Usselman of River Rock Capital to purchase numerous appliance packages for an apartment complex he had purchased here in Birmingham. They received the appliances but failed to pay on their account with us. After contacting them several times, they had rarely responded to us and, when they did, we were given the run around about paying on their account.
After several attempts they finally quit responding altogether and we never received a payment on the materials. I recommend anyone considering doing business with this company beware and I do not recommend it. We have created a police report on this issue and plan to move forward with further pursuit on this issue but I do not recommend doing business with this company as they will do what they can to take what they can and run.
