Liars and thieves! We purchased a car here in February. Leaving the dealership we stopped at a gas station as the car was almost empty (why didn’t they fill the car up for a customer purchasing the vehicle?) and we couldn’t add gas to the car. There was already a defect with the gas funnel. We went back to the dealership and they go oh it’s a manufacturer issue you have to fix it at a dodge dealership.... okkk so we went to dodge dealership and it was taken care of.
Now we are in March and the car is overheating, again we take it to dodge dealership and they saw a leak and took care of it with a clamp. Now in June guess what the car is overheating again. We go back to the same dodge dealership and they found that someone Jb welded the radiator. Well that someone would be @alhendricksontoyota we called numerous times telling them they sold us a bad car and the sales team would transfer us to the service team and the service team would never answer. The.
We spoke with Albert, supposedly the manager of sales, and told him the repairs are going to cost us $1600 for a bad car that they sold us without our knowledge. He said he would see what he can do and would give us a call back. Guess what, no freaking call. I tried calling back for him and kept getting put off. What crooks! For being a “good” dealership they screwed us over.
Don’t go here they don’t care about anyone but their $. I’ll be posting to bbb and rip off report as well to help future customers be weary of this corrupt dealership. They tried to sell us on an extended warranty also but what’s the point when they already ruined it with putting jb weld on the car.
I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra several weeks ago. The sales person was Johnny Chacon and the Manager was Phillip. They both explained that this was a "certified vehicle" meaning that it had gone through an extensive mechanical and cosmetic inspection process and that any defect would be either repaired or disclosed. That is part of the reason I purchased this vehicle for my daughter. Once we got the car home and removed the plastic covering you put on the carpets, we noticed a large hole in the front passenger side carpet, along with some damage to the drivers side carpet. I immediately called Johnny Chacon to let him know about the undisclosed damage. He said he would speak to Phillip the manager and get back to me. He did not get back to me, so when I came into the dealership to look at purchasing a 2nd vehicle from them, I spoke directly to Phillip. I explained what happened and he told me to have Johnny make an appointment to bring the car in and he would have it repaired.
This was two weeks ago. Since then I have been trying to reach Johnny Chacon to set up the appointment. He either does not return my calls or texts, or when he does he says he will get with Phillip. Today I followed up again, and after being on hold for over 10 minutes, Johnny was given the phone and he hung up. I then got a text from him saying that his manager now says they will not put anymore money into a used vehicle. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in Al Hendrickson Toyota. This whole experience has been very frustrating. Hiding that damaged carpet was clearly an intentional deception and then telling me they would fix it and then backing down tells me this dealership does not stand behind the cars they sell or the ethics or honesty of their employees. I will make sure to tell everyone I know of this bad experience, and post as many online reviews as I can warning others not to do business with Al Hendrickson Toyota.
I purchased a brand new RAV4 SE and noticed several paint scratches on the left front bumper as well as the black rim around the left tire. Before I even signed the contract I was assured it would be fix. It took 4 days before I could get my brand new car (after signing with finance and being pressured and promised all would be ok), and even after that they did not replace the black bumper which goes around the tire wheel. How they can sell and label this as a brand new car when it was clear someone had hit something is beyond me. Secondly they signed a IOU to payoff my last and final lease payment for my trade-in car to Lexus Financial (owned by Toyota Financial). Now, 30 days after the purchase of the "new" RAV4, my trade-in vehicle still has not been paid off and is now officially past due. In addition, I leased this new car with Toyota Financial however Toyota Financial has no paperwork showing I leased a new car. upon purchase, I was told my new lease payment was due on the 4th of every month, however Toyota has no record of me ever purchasing a new vehicle.
I would never recommend this dealership. It has FRAUD written all over it!
