Called to asked questions about product and the person on the other line was extremely rude. He absolutely wanted me to buy his "Start Printer and Scanner" supplies plus the software and got pissed at me because I was asking him if it would work with any other printer or scanner that I already had (didn't want to buy another printer or scanner for no reasons. He immediately started to tell me off on the phone and told me that he will never sell me anything and hung up on me.
He went on to cuss me out, calling me a "stupid b****", telling me to tell the owner to "call him personally to apologize for hiring a stupid b****" and using all sort of profanities and refusing to help me if I don't "apologize" to him because he does NOT care, and I can fix my f****** computer myself. I was simply stating that his attitude is unacceptable in customer service standards. He continued to hang up on me every time I called.
To my dismay, he claimed that he is the software engineer of Advantage. And seeing that the same phone number is listed for sales, I'm betting he is also the owner of this business. It's apparent from reading his business's BBB complaints and the report on this website that this type of nasty attitude is his consistant behavior towards his clients, and he obviously DOES NOT CARE about his clients. DO NOT give your business to this atrocious business owner. As a fellow customer service provider, I personally felt that this sort of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and I highly recommend counseling or a change of career to the gentleman who was too busy losing his marbles at a customer who simply had the guts to point out his nasty attitude that he seems to have everytime someone calls. I'm not sure what's going on in his personal life, but screaming at a client and calling her a "stupid b****" for calling him out on his attitude is hardly a sign of a mentally stable individual. EVERYONE has their bad days, but your customers don't need to know about it. It's highly unprofessional business practice.
