In February 2017 I ordered a Niffler necklace from Catherine, a.k.a. Aisha. I have the email and PayPal receipts to prove she receive my funds. When the necklace did not come as promised I contacted her, via Email. It took 2 to 3 emails before she responded. She promised the necklace would be coming in May. When it did not arrive in June I emailed her again. She emailed me and promised it would be out within the next week. It did not come. I then asked for a refund. She refused to respond any longer. She lied and strung me along until PayPal’s refund policy past. She stole 80 bucks from me.
I pre-ordered 2 items from ,aishavoya.com in January 2017 with the understanding the necklace would be shipped in March 2017. I contacted the seller directly from the order email on May 11, 2017 when no update was sent and I still had not received the items. I also contacted the seller through the website's contact form.
I sent a second email on August 8, 2017, a third email September 15, and a fourth email on October 15. I have also tried contacting the seller through her Instagram and Facebook pages.
It has been 9 months since my order and 7 since it should have been delivered. The seller has since taken several additional pre-orders for the same product through her store.
Other Instagram users have reported issues contacting the seller and are still awaiting shipment of their pre-orders. I have also found evidence on Kickstarter (kickstarter.com/projects/1742694206/a-tribute-to-the-starman-david-bowie-inspired-lape/comments). There is evidence as well she may have disappointed Etsy customers, but her Etsy store has been deleted.
The seller Catherine "Cassie" Gretschel has shown a pattern of refusing to communicate with customers, failure to provide tracking information or notification of delays, failure to deliver orders, and a nasty habit of deleting comments she doesn't like on her Instagram posts. She takes people's money and doesn't deliver the products. She needs to be stopped.
