Aiseesoft sells an "Unlocker for Mac" which claims to "Remove Apple ID" and "wipe Password"

I bought this software for $50. I ran it, and it claimed to have "erased" the previous passcode but it did not. It also did not remove the AppleID.

They say they cannot remove an Apple ID on an activated iPad. But if you see the screenshot of their software, it says "our program will remove the AppleID and Cloud account currently associated with your iPhone, iPad or iTouch". To even have an AppleID or iCloud account, you must activate the iPad or iPhone!

The program clearly states it will remove an AppleID and iCloud account, which are necessary to activate an iPad. Yet then the software claims it cannot remove these things from an activated iPad.

I emailed the company and they refuse to give me a refund. I would want other consumers to be aware of the scam.

Ordered Aiseesoft mxf converter under the auspices of a 30-day money back guarantee. Found that none of the files rendered with the software (mp4, wmv, avi at various specifications) would sync with Pluraleyes in my video editor.

I requested a refund after a weekend of troubleshooting their software. I've wasted a substantial portion of my week explaining the situation about a dozen times to different people in their "support team." They've refused to issue refund.

The software is a joke and their return policy is, as well. Please avoid at all costs.

I purchased FoneLAB to recover lost text messages from an Android Samsung Note 7 phone. I was offered a TRIAL of the product and I selected that option to try it. I went through all the motions but it would not download. I called support and they told me there was a glitch in the TRIAL program and I would have to buy the product for $49.99. They assured me if the product would not work for me that I would get an immediate refund.

I downloaded the product and waited for the registration code that is needed to proceed. Once I got the code I went through the steps of trying to recover the lost data but it would not proceed. It continued to take me back to the step for entering the code over and over again. I did everything possible to get it to work and then called support. I was told tech support was not available so I told them to issue a refund.

They told me they would contact their accounting department and I would see a response in the next 3 days. Instead I began getting harrassing emails throughout the day telling me they haven't decided if they want to refund my money. I explained to Aiseesoft that their software couldn't help me and I no longer had it installed, they ignored me and asked me other questions that were totally irrelevant to my getting the refund.

They kept asking for more information which I have provided all of it. I have not received a refund since my the last request for information was sent on 9/03/2019. I only continue to get these harassing emails. They have 30 day trial but it clearly said on their website that if you're using the trial you could not recover files and could preview pictures. Their advertisement says they can recover my data in 3 steps. They are running misleading advertisements among their affiliates.

Asieesoft fonelab. MyCommerce is the payment company they use to rip unsuspecting consumers.

Basically after purchasing their product online and tried to recover deleted data it turns out it didn't recover anything which resulted in my asking for a full refund two hours after the purchase took place and below are the responses I received from them.

clearly indicating that their product has bug and that I should troubleshoot shoot it by download another version of their software, of course I refused to download anything from them as I do not trust them at all they are scam artist.

AISEESOFT is not an honest company, they are deceitful on their claims, and their refund policy is outright criminal, their customer service is not customer inclined, but 100% company inclined.

While on I-tunes, a back-up restore was done on my Iphone4 that deleted everything current I had, before the restoration of the back up by itunes, over a year of contacts and some important photos I had for my doctor, on an existing medical condition. Its recovery was imperative and AISEESOFT FoneLab – iPhone Data Recovery came as the best choice to recover my lost data.

Their claim on the product website is false or blurry.

I ordered Aieesoft Total Video Converter with a 90 day guarantee. I was not happy with the program and requested a refund.

They wanted information on what problem I had with the program and I told them that the quality of the conversion was not as good as the original and that the file size of the converted video was three times that of the original.

They then asked me to send them a copy of the video I was converting and asked me to download a program called filezilla to send it to them. I downloaded the program and tried to install it but my computer would not allow it to be installed. They then wanted me send them a screenshot of the error message. I told them I did not know how to do a screenshot. I told them exactly what the error message was and they still would not give the refund.

They then wanted to know what computer and operating system I was using and I sent them that.

They then told me that I could get a refund if there was a bug in their program and they had to know more information to know what caused the problem. I told them they had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and I was not satisfied with the program and to please send the refund.

They still would not refund my purchase price and sent another e-mail saying: "Before refund, we have to confirm your problem." They again wanted me to send them the original video to confirm the problem and said again that they would give a refund if it showed their problem had some bugs.

I told them I was not going to jump through anymore hoop and if they did not refund my money I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. They still would not refund my money.

I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.
