We have had our internet radio shows hosted with Sourcefabric ie; Airtime.pro for almost two years. During the two years the streaming server has streamed our internet radio shows very well however the LIVE DJ service often has not worked well or at all. We thrive mostly on pre-recorded live shows so we have suffered the defeciency in the LIVE DJ service until now. After two years of broadcasting homegrown internet radio shows we have been offered syndication on a large internet radio network with 32 million listeners. Premiering on that network in about six weeks. Tried to go LIVE tonight with Airtime.pro only to have to ask our guest speaker to call in another day as we could not broadcast live via our account with Airtime.pro.
In the past when we complained to Airtime.pro about the live dj problem their support personnel were less than helpful and in some cases said 'if you are not happy with the service we can just cancel your account'. Instead of resolving the LIVE DJ problem and providing their service as advertised.
We did make a formal complaint to Paypal tonight against Sourcefabric and a formal complaint to the Missouri Attorney General and the US Attorney General as Sourcefabric is a Canada based company. We are also seeking advice from our attorney about litigating against Sourcefabric for losses of listening audience etc.
