This unit has been out of service since it's purchase with no working furnace. Despite numerous repair attempts at the dealer and facility it remains inoperable. It stayed at the facility for over 75 days. The service manager assigned, Brad Herring has proven unresponsive and without a solution.
The national service manager has admitted in writing he does not have a solution. We submitted our "lemon law" warranty card furnished by Airstream. The repair representative no showed a repair meeting we paid $660 to facilitate with no contact.
