Back in October of 2013 we bought a Platunum Robot that is not only an air purifier but a vacuum cleaner for rug floors. Unfortunately it only lasted 6 months time. We contacted our local distributor who could not repair it and gave us an address to ship it to up in california called Aqua Power. To get it back was hell, we had to file a complaint against air flow to get aqua power to do it's job and repair or replace our robot since it has up to a 4-8 year warranty on it. Finally we got another one which again shut down like the first one in only one years time. Funny thing is i only use the robot twice weekly for no more than an hour, vacuum with it only once a week and i keep it clean in and out and only fill the water up to the mark it requires to. Again we ship it off paying a high price like the first one on the shipping alone in which you get no refund back for the shipping.
After one months time we try contact Aqua Power to see what is going on with our robot which we know they received it because of the tracking we kept on it. No answer from them, we write them a letter and no responds. Air flow does not want to get involve when it is their responsibility to own up to these defective robots they are selling worldwide to people. These robots do not last very long and they shut down on there own. We solely regret buying this robot because now we are stuck making monthly payments on a robot we really don't have. Aqua power is a business that don't abide by rules nor regulations, they are irresponsible as a company. We donot recommend these robots to anyone. Once these robot shuts down and you ship it off to aqua power to get it repaired or replaced you will have a hard time getting one back. One is better off buying their own robot in a store which may end up being a way better buy as purchase then these tobots that air flow are selling in the present time. Like I mention before we are stuck making monthly payments on a robot that aqua power has kept. We don't stop the payments because we don't want our credic damaged. People please beware of these platinum robots sold by air flow, they will not last long and you will get stuck paying for something that becomes defective in a short time. When peoiple come to our house now selling any appliances or merchandise we close the door tightly, no more will we be scammed. And even if aqua power were to send a new robot, the next time it shuts down we will just throw it away because we know once we ship it off we won't see it again. The shipping for the robot it's too much. These robots are way expensive and yet they are not worth the money at all. One has to go through hell first to deal with these companies that don't want to help or respond. Waist of time and money, robot is not worth it.
