We were surprised by an email (attached) disclosing a supposed need for a $1500 deposit on an NP95 thermal-controlled pet carrier to get our new puppy shipped home to Tucson AZ from Sacramento CA. This was a complete surprise to us. The breeder didn't mention anything about any requirements beyond what we had paid him for delivery.
After a reduced amount of $300 was offered I became suspicious of the whole thing and started to ask a lot of questions. No one from AireaPet will respond to my voice calls, texts, or emails. To date, our supposed puppy has been at AireaPet for 7 days and counting.
I believe that AireaPets/Cruise Pet and the breeder, The Mega Fur Home, are one and the same people running a puppy scam. I cannot get a response from either organization if they are even real.
