I am from Germany and bought an airbagit kit from Chassis Tech for my Chevy 3500 4x4. They assured me they had the correct kit that would fit my application. I found this company on eBay, but somehow I ended up buying from them not though eBay but directly. The shipping overseas was as much as the product. The brackets they sent me do not fit and the airbags are poor quality rubber that feel like plastic. I called 6 times and wrote 10 emails asking for technical support and the correct brackets. A customer service lady names Joy assured me that she would help me to resolve my issue but she never did. On the phone I got excuses and my repeated emails to her were left unanswered. Now I have an air bag kit that I can not use even I was told it is a correct fit. And I have lost $ 435 with shipping and import taxes. My advice to anyone out there....please do not buy from this company !!! They are professional rip offs !!!

I purchased a complete air suspension system for a 1999 Ford F-350 the end of April 2016. I’ve been the only owner of this vehicle sense purchasing new in November 1998. As it ends up this air suspension purchase was a complete mistake, a waste of time and money. This company goes out of their way to not support product sold.
Subject vehicle is fortunately a “weekend” project vehicle. After months of chasing Air Bag It, a person named Joe Morrow along with sales person Yuri Pham to complete installation due to parts not shipped, incorrect parts shipped and defective parts, vehicle was finally ready to drive by myself. The performance of this product changed to steer geometry extensively, steering is very unresponsive as axle moves while turning. A couple more weekends around town outings I ran over a depression in roadway /pavement at about 45 mph, vehicle started to shimmy from the front axle. After a second or two of this I applied the brakes fast and reduced speed to about 10 mph in order to stop this. I wrote an email to Yuri immediately after this incident. Only response received from Yuri was he will check into this and as all email correspondence state “air bag it hasn’t heard of this issue before”. I drove vehicle a couple more times with this one experience in my mind always wondering when and if this will happen again. Driving this vehicle to a gas station close to home around the end of July going to station and returning this event of destructive shimmy returned. I didn’t personally install this advertised bolt on kit, but now I’m looking under front end of loose parts, none are found. What I do see is the front axle is pushing to passenger side of vehicle by several inches, air bag top and bottom mounts are out of line the same direction axle is being pushed. I’m not sure if this is the reason or issue which is causing the shimmy. After many back and forth emails with Joe Morrow and Air Bag It staff, Air Bag It has chosen to not fix anything associated with their kit.
These kits are advertised as 100% bolt on Kits throughout their web site. I’ve been told through many emails that my vehicle is a unique production vehicle for during installation by installer had to modify transmission cross member to accommodate Air Bag It mounting location. Sway bar was not able to install with this kit, I was told at this point sway bar cannot be used with supplied kit. All responses state Air Bag It has not heard of these issues in their past, no resolve has been offered at any time. All issues are my problem to correct, this company through saved emails has repeated constantly they will not resolve any issues related to their kit.
Not only does this company falsely advertise in regard to installation of their product but my vehicle is left unsafe to operate on public roadways. All correspondence is mostly through emails so all this email back and forth amounts to 50-70 emails. All issues I’m faced with to make my vehicle safe and roadworthy are left to me.
Purchased a towkit for a 2002-2008 dodge ram 1500 Rumble Bee. I went in person to purchase the product Monday evening. Was told it would be ready Weds morning. Was Not. Thurs morning, Was Not. Finally Friday morning i got it. The tow kit was for a dodge ram 1500. Not a rumble bee and no way could it work.
Called the company and went back in person . Was told a 35% restocking fee would be kept by them.
After a coulple of phone calls, they said they would credit my card back. That was 2 weeks ago. Went in person today, was told the kit we returned had been damaged, and no credit would be issued. After another employee came in to talk, couldn't understand what he was trying to say through the curse words, i left with no towkit, no money, no credit, and a complete lack of respect for this company.
