Customer Tried To return Mattresses, via FedEx Priority Freight COLLECT, which costs $2000.00
Ar Beds Unlimited does not accept COD Return Freight Shipments. Customers wife was fully aware of this policy and on the customers wife's recommendation, suggested that we accept and Pay the $2000.00 COD Shipment Charge and not issue a refund!
Beware! I ordered a mattress from Air Beds Unlimited. Both my wife and I did not find it comfortable and so, as per their "policy", we contacted them to return it. We followed their instructions and spoke mostly to Mike. It's been months and we have not heard from them and we have not received any credit for it's return. I think this falls into the category of misrepresentation. Their guarantee was useless and untrue. As a result I have lost my hard earned money ($2,150.00!!) I am 92 years old and on a fixed income. I feel I have been taken advantage of. Our phone calls have been ignored and we are completely dissatisfied with their customer service and the way we have been treated.
