Hello my name is john i like to report this company so other willnot be effected as i was air7seas trasportations stay away i recently moved to the philippines from buffalo ny i searched many og companies the deliver my household items but none would except for air7seas i paid 1950.00 foe one pallet it had four boxes speakers and a few small items first of all this was the quate they gave me over 2000.00 with insurance long story short i sent them the money everything was fine until it got to cebu and then all of a sudden i'm dealing three other company that was never discussed fees and now a abandonment.
letter asking me to sign or they will take me to court for breach of b/l contract and still today i refuse to pay the fees i have ask many of times to give me a final amount and they have refuse they want to keep it open to charge more money they have ask me to send money to there bank i talk to a broker from a lvs company he said that there was fees they without contacting me first they paid upfront he claim they do this for good paying customers and no proof to me just his word that he paid please stay away from this company my pallet is in some warehouse that is costing someone more money by the day i have refused to pay thank you john from buffalo ny.
8 months and 5 days. That's how long it took Air7seas to get my shipment to me. They are the WORST company to deal with. As a U.S. based company, 2 of the employees have a grasp on basic English while the rest speak gibberish. They take a minimum of 7 days to respond to an EMAIL. The only way to get a call back from them is to repeatedly email them every 5 minutes saying you're waiting for someone to call, at least 6 of those minimum will get you a call. Their owner will hang up on you if you're angry and telling him the many issues you've had. They quote you one thing then try to invoice you for double.
Then, when you FINALLY get your things, it arrives in the condition below.
This is hands down the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. The amount of stress they've causes wasn't worth a single dollar we paid them to not be able to effectively do their jobs we hired them to do.
In hindsight, I should have looked into this company better, but this business needs shut down. All they do is screw people over and steal money for months without delivery of your goods.
I had shipping my cargo from CA to overseas and they sent it to Sri Lanka and then to India! No where close to my destination. I lost all my valuables that I couldn't take with me via airplane and many other items that I had been collecting over the years and they would not get it back for me.
Air 7 Seas should not be in the shipping business. They don't care about the customer, only the money they bring in. Once the money is paid, you only hope they will do what they said. Check them out in the BBB for SF Bay Area, there are complaints about them with the BBB too. DO NOT ship with them under any circumstances, I am warning you! If they lost your cargo (whatever it may be), they won't help you. They will just look away and act as if they did nothing wrong, and stand up and watch you cry over it.
They are just greedy for money, other shipping companies have told me this. They do not even have their own warehouses to store the cargo you ship with them, it is kept in unsecure lots with third parties. No wonder the cargo gets lost! They won't even respond to your email for help or updates. They will tell you that the cargo is reaching within three weeks, and even after six weeks, it doesn't reach you! It never reached me. Do not trust them, do not ship with them. Even if they offer you the cheapest rate, do not ship with them. Spend a little more elsewhere and you will be better off.
I had a lot of headaches and heartache dealing with them. They never once apologized for the mistakes they made. They are arrogant people! Do not have anything to do with any of them. Do not even email them for a quote. It will be the biggest mistake you make if you ship your cargo with them.
May G-D forgive them for the wrong they have done to others and the hurt they continue to cause. Please do not do business with them, your money is better off with someone else who cares for your shipment, Air 7 Seas does not deserve even a single customer.
