Try calling these people they are ALWAYS "experiencing longer than usual wait times" and they NEVER answer the phones! Try spending about $2000 on a Refridgerator and then paying for an extended service that does NOTHING and won't answer the phone to get a repair or exchange! Plan on throwing away your money!

Bought an extended warranty on Maytag washer and dryer. Washer not working right, contacted Maytag, they sent out out repair company who has been unable to get repair parts, now for 2 months. We've been calling Maytag and AIG to get this resolved. On hold for LITERALLY hours and nobody answers phone! Warranty through this company a complete rip off!
