Our complex has not had outside water since AGPM took over. They have let our lawns and plants die and refuse to allow us to use hoses to water our plants outside. Mowing around our apartments has not been done since they took over. Now they are saying we have to sign new leases when we already have leases ongoing. We do not have a full time manager and service is bad, as many days only a secretary is available. They promised trash compactor, cameras and a green environment. Since then they have put in three big toys in the dog park, which none of the dogs can use, and they put in small speed bumps that are ignored. They said things would stay the same and then cancelled our usual parties and Christmas party and got in arguments with resisdents who wanted to plan things here socially. It has been a mess ever since they took over. Several times they have passed out EVICTION NOTICES due to their not operating their collecction agency properly. The rent had been paid and it was their error. It frightened older residents who thought they had to move. The company is irresponsible and neglectful. We have a lake that can be used for water but when AGPM had termite boxes put in the ground it went through some of our water lines to sprinklers. Instead of fixing those they just continue to deprieve us of water. With all the dust and dirt many now have allergy problems. Some residents are hateful and take advantage of the lack of follow up by AGPM. They hassle their neighbors and make live miserable and AGPM issues no fines,etc. or try to help.
