I called the agent zip and spoke with a representative for no less than 20 minutes who guaranteed me 35 to 45 leads a month for only 299. I then asked him if I do not receive at least 35 leads within the first month, for a prorated refund at the end of that month for the leads I have not received. He agreed, and sent me a confirmed email outlining what we just spoke about. 15 days have passed, no leads, so I called the agent zip and spoke to numerous individuals who are incredibly rude and definitely should not be working there. I told them that I haven’t received any leads so far, and I just want to refund. They told me that they are not allowed to do any type of refund, and definitely will not give my money back even with the email proof. Are you kidding me!? What a scam of a company, do not use ever !!!!!!! Leads are a joke, and scammer company looking to de-fraud Realtors!!!!
I signed up for two AgentZip accounts with a large advertising budget. My average cost per lead was over $40 and did not include valid phone numbers or emails.
99% of the leads had fake information. 17% of the leads were other realtors! And 4 of the leads were so angry that we were contacting them, that they threatened us and our business.
I am successfully using 3 other lead generation platforms (including Boomtown and Cinc), and converting over 6% into clients so I know it is not me or my team that is the problem.
Total waste of over $2500 and an even bigger waste of time. When I tried to cancel, I suddenly was unable to reach anyone. What a disaster! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Clearly a rep or owner within the company wrote the two reviews on Feb 28, 2018... all negative reviews then two flawless ones... 15% in any convert to marketing plan is quite impressive. The industry average for online leads is about 6%-7%... Stop selling people crap, give them what they paid for, you're all a bunch of crooks.

I paid them and then they went completely dark on me. When I inquired about when they were going to start their services they kept emailing me back with different vague timelines. When I asked for proof of what they were doing, they refused. After months of no service and runaround I disputed the charge on my credit card and was refunded. I then received a collection notice stating that I owed them the money they refunded! I thought they may have just gotten overwhelmed with business or something but now I see that they're just shady.
I am in the same boat. Calling my bank tomorrow. I'm in literally same exact situation as you except $1,000 and maybe 5 months. Been promised refund check in mail. Haven't seen it yet. Very frustrating to deal with. Any luck?

Figured it was worth the small investment. I have yet to experience any of this. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm raking in closings, but I am receiving crucial data, lead traffic, and developing my pipeline. Granted, only a small percentage of the leads are converting into contacts, but that's to be expected in this industry. I'm also using a variety of sources, but It's the nature of the beast. I've reached out to them a few times for corrections and targeting, and received responses pretty quickly. Didn't get the "scam impression".

I have used Zillow and other large portals for many years and I have never seen anything like what the guys at AgentZip are doing... I don't get surprised easily and came into my agreement with AgentZip with very low expectations. And then, I was completely blown away. My buyer's agents have never been happier and we are now looking for additional team members to help handle the lead flow. It is not often, in this industry, that a lead generation company exceeds expectations in regards to quantity and quality. If you are on the fence, you are making a mistake.

This is is nothing more than a scam. My wife and I tried out their services and they lied up and down about the amount of leads and hid the fact that they are not scrubbed but RAW leads. We spoke directly with John Decker, and he was rude, unprofessional, and lied and back-peddled on everything he promised us. Our money was wasted. Stay clear of this scam lead service.
The leads were old. Duplicates, or no leads at all. I spoke with customer service many times to no avail. I would not recommend this company. False promises and bad leads.

One lead that was supposedly “scrubbed,” actually had the name deleted! Hmmm...how is that a “scrubbed lead?” Many of the names were bogus too. Total fraud! Told that they do not do refunds. Amazing Leads
I signed up for AgentZip 3 months ago. I have been converting at 15% I have received over 300 leads, yes some have a fake number but they have a real email so I can work them still. I highly recommend this company to any other team looking for a high volume of great quality of leads.

I spent $2000 for 6 screened leads which I was supposed to get within 2 months. Now it has been 4 months later and no leads.
They are doing a bait and switch are very shady to deal with.

Game Changer - Best Lead Generation Ever
I have been an agent for almost 15 years now. I have used just about every lead generation program you can imagine. I don't get surprised easily and came into my agreement with AgentZip with very low expectations. And then, I was completely blown away. This is is nothing more than a scam. My wife and I tried out their services and they lied up and down about the amount of leads and hid the fact that they are not scrubbed but RAW leads.
