My friend purchased a $300 e-giftcard for me on 12/19/2016. I tried to use it on 12/24/2016 and the balance showed 0.00. For 18 days, I have sent 7 e-mails asking them where did credit go. After a bit of back and forth, in the final e-mail sent by customer service on 12/30/2016 and it reads: "In regards to your recent query I can confirm the balance is put back on." Today is the 6th of February and the balance is still at 0.00. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and they have blocked my e-mail address so my message was bounced back to me. I wrote to bbb.org on January 11, 2017 and the BBB has made several attempts to contact the company but to no one's surprise, they did not receive a response from AP.
