If I could give ZERO stars, no let me take that back, if I could give NEGATIVE stars, I'd give the most negative amount of stars possible. I just had my webiste deployed after I invested $7K in their custom website package.......over 2 years ago. Yeah, are you piecing that together. Over 2 years ago, they took my $7K and have only now delivered a product (not a finished product, but something that resembles a website). So after literally years of wrangling with AgentImage I now have a website that went live that is WORSE then the website I had before I hired AgentImage. I GOT RIPPED OFF! And guess what, THEY DON'T CARE.
Before I got into real estate, I was a software engineer, so I have technical know-how of what needs to happen to build out a website. First off, these guys do nothing special. The site sits on Wordpress, a free, open source platform that anyone can go download. So all you real estate brokers/agents out there who think AgentImage just built you something special, think again! They basically downloaded something that's free off the Internet and installed it for you, slapped on some cool graphics to make it feel "custom", and took your money laughing all the way to the bank.
When I asked these guys to do some real "custom" web development, like create a custom SQL db for each of my communities, they fell flat on their face. They only know how to download and install other people's plugins. There is no custom code being developed.
I was told my site would be completed in 8 weeks. It took 25 months, and it's still not complete, but I'm done doing business with AgentImage. Days and weeks pass without anything happening. Emails are ignored. These guys are experts and putting lipstick on a pig and calling that web development. Don't be fooled. Please, don't be fooled.
Watch out for this company. Last year I paid them to put together a real estate website for my brokerage. Before I contracted with them I had them look at my current website that included idx feeds. Their salesman said that if that company can do that they can and they can include it in their $49.99 per month serive plan. In the process of creating the website it become aparant that they were not going to be able to uinclude the idx feeds. The website was partially completed and never worked properly. They wanted my to pay extra for idx feeds and so I cancelled their service. They took $999 from me and I have nothing to show for it. Stay away from this company because they do not stand by what they promise.
