This company is not refunding me in a timely manner!!
I ordered 2 of their products on September 5th, 2023 and I tried emailing them using their support email that was posted in my purchase invoice and I never heard from them after emailing 2 times.
Then I went to their support page and saw a chat area and summitted a support message 2 different times and I have not heard back from them!
This company has NO support available based on my experience for the last 2 weeks!
Plus, I tried two features in the dashboard of my member's area and those 2 would not work for me and that means they have technical issues because I followed the steps with no success with their products.
I finally did hear from them on the 20th of September and they were trying to keep me as a customer and I said no thanks and firmly asked for a refund and it has been many days with no answer back!
They are ignoring my request for a refund!
It is now 10/4/2023 and I was told by their support staff to be patient and wait since the billing team is still making a decision.
Decision... WHAT!
This is 2023... no legitimate business would take this long to review a request for a refund! This is clear example of them stalling and is just bad business and bad support!
Now it is 10/08/23 - and still no answer! Back on the 4th, the support person said this refund request could take some time since the billing team needs to make a determination depending on the complexity of the refund request!
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is extremely simple!
My request for a refund was very simple and I had the details of my purchase receipt/invoice. What else do they need??
JUST ISSUE ME A REFUND!!
NOTE: By the way, I did try out their lead finder software and I got ZERO results after trying 3 times. I tried out their email broadcasting feature and that DID NOT WORK after trying for 5 times!
