I bought and paid for a set of special-ordered custom automotive tailights on September 8, 2016 for $400. My order number was 10011058 and payment was made via the website and paid for via PayPal. Delivery of a bulk order from overseas was projected to take around one month. Beginning in November 2016, the business owner Carlos Jose Diaz's excuses and lies started coming...One after another with absolutely no sign of forward progress whatsoever. Time after time, Carlos Jose Diaz refused to refund my money and lied about shipments being lost, held by customs, being inspected for drugs, etc.

Each time, Carlos Jose Diaz would say wait a few more weeks or a month, etc. I feel these suggestions were a deliberate tactic to keep me out of a timeframe to dispute the transaction either with PayPal or the credit card company.

I finally received an Order Cancellation email on July 31, 2017 for the reason of "Unforseen Circumstances". Even after receiving the Order Cancellation email, AGD Customs and Carlos Jose Diaz refused to refund my money!

AGD Customs and Carlos Jose Diaz have ripped off numerous other customers in a similar fashion. The business' Facebook page has 11 1 star reviews out of 12. It is suspected that Carlos gave his business the 1 and only 5 star review.

Since September 8, 2016, my only goal has been to receive the product I bought and paid for or a complete refund for my purchase since AGD Customs and Carlos Jose Diaz have made it clear that my order will never be fulfilled!
