* He was paid more than 50% of his contracted price yet demanded additional money in an illegal "Bait 'n switch" tactic.
* He abandoned the job.
* His actions cost me great financial loss in city ordered fines and tenant rent reductions.
* He is currently under investigation by the State Contractors Board.
