I purchased 2 Mikasa Trellis Bone China 40-Piece Dinnerware Sets on Saturday May 28, 2022. I was informed that due to the holiday they wouldn't be sent out until Tuesday May 31, 2022. Which I agreed due to the holiday. I called 6/02//2022 @ 3:11 p.m. asking for the tracking number of the items that were purchased.
I was told that they hadn't been sent out yet and that they will go out that day and a tracking number would be emailed to me at the end of that day. I checked for an email from them regarding the tracking number, of which there wasn't one. On June 3, 2022 I called at 10:11 to ask about my items.
I was informed that the owner/manager wasn't in and the she would return in a half an hour and if I could call back then of which I agreed to do. When I called back at 10:43 that same day to speak to the owner/manager she insured me that it would be sent out and that I would receive the tracking number in an hour.
Later that afternoon when I returned home I checked my email for the tracking number which there wasn't one. I called again at 2:59(signal dropped) so I called again at 3:00 p.m. Was promised that it would be sent out and that I (AGAIN) would receive the tracking number by the end of the day. On 6/04/2022 I called (AGAIN) at 12:47 p.m. to speak to the owner/manager and was told that she was in at the moment and that she would be in later that afternoon, so I called back at 2:55 p.m. and again she wasn't there.
I informed the gentleman that I spoke to that I wanted my items sent out or a refund. He didn't know about anything that he only helped out of the weekends and asked me to call back in a half an hour and she should be in. I tried 4 times, each time it went to voicemail.
