Hired two very nice seeming movers for multiple jobs; they charged me for their services and left, once they left I noticed that a very expensive piece of furnture was badly broken and they tried to conceal it with glue and it looks to be some sort of wood stain. They never mentioned the damage to me and acted like nothing happened.
I reached out to them numerous times over a period of a few weeks and havent received a single response. They claim that they are licensed, bonded, and insured, but I do not believe it. I have contacted the BBB, Attorney General, and Registrar of Contractors, and will proceed with any legal action necessary to rectify these damages.
I do not want anyone else to fall victim to these guys. They claim that they can accept credit cards but then try to say that there are some pretty serious fees for using a debit/credit card and they prefer cash, should have been a huge red flag.
I have all records of correspondence and I have correlating records with my bank withdrawls to pay them.
Do not fall victim to AZ Affordable Moving located in Peoria, the owners name is Pat Riccardelli and he will act like your friend but obviously is not. Look out for these guys!
