I paid $250 to this company in August with a promise of multiple things that have not happened. I have emailed a total of 71 times now and keep getting broken promises. I have asked over and over for a refund but it has not happened. It is very obvious that this is a scam and that this company has no money so continues to scam people. They need to be stopped so please please please do not do business with this company. She will respond very fast to your emails before you pay and then after that she will ghost you. BE VERY AWARE!!!!
I made the mistake of contacting and obviously paying for credit repair back in December 2017 that was supposed to be completed by Jeannie Kerns. Her website cpnandcreditrepair.com came accross to me as legit and even more than that when contacting her in the beginning she was very welcoming and responsive. Even when a few days would go by and I'd receive no response I wasn't concerned because she would come back with a reason or excuse as to why she was late responding. Fast forward now to today March 19, 2018 there's no evidence I've had anything completed on my behalf for credit repair and not only that, I was told with the $175 it would be treated as a package deal and my mom's credit would be repaired as well. Obviously, it is clear that this was a package scam. Finding all these other reports made about her and her so called company sound consistent and I wish I had did more research.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from Jeannie Kerns (if that's her real name) and any so called companies she's associating herself with. You'll save yourself time, money, and headaches. The way she was conducting business at first made me really hesitant to call it a scam which I'm sure that's how the best scammers work but there is absolutely no reason why anyone who is selling a service can't get back to their good paying customers within a few months timeframe that's utterly ridiculous and then she has the nerve to be offering new package deals on her site. Let me get this straight, you're currently overbooked and bogged down with orders that's the reason for the late/no response but you're running a new sale for potentially more customers/victims so you'll then be even more behind and bogged down? I guess the SCAM must go on... please don't be a VICTIM!
I bought 5 trade lines from them and was promised that they would post within a reasonable amount of time and after waiting well over 5 months I still have yet to see those trade lines hit my credit report I have not been getting anymore emails from her after trying to figure out what's going on I get no response all. It may look good on the website but don't waste your hard earned money because she can not do what she is promising that she can do.
Jeannie Kerns or John Kerns, probaly not her real name, i ordered the credit sweep from her for $175.00 haven't herd from her since she got the money. up untill that point she was in constsnt contact with me, even called me twice. total rippoff total scam. and i was prepaired to spend a lot more than the $175.00, Lucky for me it only cost me $175.00. Others were not so lucky. Don't be fooled by the slick adds and website. These people are proffessional scam artis.

Jeannie, will not pay me back. She owes me 3500 dollars for funding that did not happened. I have been dealing with this issue since last year. To avoid responding to your emails she would send out an email stating her email was hacked which is a bold face lie. I notice when I have stated I am going to report her or request for a refund she will automatically respond to your email. This lady needs to reported to Consumer Affairs. She lies about sending you the information but I never received anything from her. She play too may games with people money. Please stay away from her
