As I mentioned, previously, this Mumbai based company has bought my delinquent account from American Express, and has been contacting me for approximately 2 months. A certain individual always called and when hung up on, called back right away, and continues to call back 5 or 6 times each time. In addition, the person has been contacting me at very odd hours. Just this morning, I was woken up at 5:30 AM! In addition the number at which he is now calling, is not even a phone that he is authorized to be calling but picked it up from his caller ID apparently after I saw his missed called on my cell phone and called to see who it was a few days back. This phone is actually not even in my name and is my mom's phone, and he's been disturbing everyone else in the house, aside from me. I am unsure as to whether he has the right to call a number regularly based on what he found on his caller ID. Secondly and most importantly, 5:30 in the morning is unacceptable, and at this point, I am angered to the level that, not only do I refuse to work out any type of resolution or do any business with this agency, I plan on pursuing any type of legal assistance in reporting this agency.
