DON"T GET FOOLED!!!! This company cannot deliver. I have been in the Real Estate business for a long long time. I paid them in full and the was the end of it. Nobody will contact me to answer my questions. I asked them how do they get these reports they are sending me. If the report they are sending me is true I would have a lot of inquiries in my website. So deceptive.

Online advertising campaign was requested to be terminated. Vendor refused to refund charges on my credit card.

Paid Adwerx for advertising, and it produced absolutely no results, within a full 3 month period. Therefore, when I requested on 8/3/15 that two ad campaigns be terminated, one for $112.50, and another for $297.00 they refused. However, they still charged my credit card for both of these amounts on 8/10/15, but did not place any advertisements. I called Adwerx on 11/6/15, and they were very rude to me, and said it is not their policy to allow for cancellation, and would not credit these amounts back to my charge card, even though no advertising services were rendered.

Be very careful signing up. They will not tell you upfront when first signing up that they will automatically renew you, which all companies I have ever signed up with will tell you up front when first signing up that there will be an automatic renewal.

What AdWerx does is renew your subscription after whatever term you pay for is over. Pretty much they are unilaterally renegotiating the terms since it wasn't a mutual agreement between both parties up front when you first signed up.

They get away with this for now by saying they have sent you an email, in fact many emails. However, they purposely send out emails for this very reason: You will be bombarded by so many emails detailing your performance on how many views you are receiving almost every day. Inevitably a lot of their emails do end up in the Spam Folder.

Regardless if you actually open them or not, you will likley miss the fine print in light gray font color that almost blends in to a white background...saying your ad will renew. Meanwhile, everything else is nice bright colors about how many views you got and a screenshot of your ad on a website. I had no idea that was even there until I had to dispute them for charging me again for another year of subscription that led to no results.

The problem is that they never disclosed upfront when you first sign up. While you think you are only signing up for a set term and that's it, which they purposely lead to you believe when they don't disclose that there will be a renewal before you pay. Then after you pay, they pretty much decide on their own that they will renew your subscription after it ends.

In regards to results, don't expect much. They pitch themselves as a company to get you brand recognition, but I knew that was a fool's game. I aimed for lead generation by having the click link go to a home evaluation landing page.

You will see many reviews online from agents that have tried the brand recognition strategy and the lead generation strategy and you will see them consistently saying they had no results.

When you point out to AdWerx that you didn't get any leads from AdWerx, they will counter back that they aren't a lead generation tool, they are brand recognition tool. If that's the case, you should be prepared to spend as much as Coca Cola does to get brand recognition.

You will see online many, and I say MANY bloggers, which are probably drones of AdWerx all preach about how great AdWerx is and that all you need to do is create a landing page to get leads. It's either that message from bloggers or the message that you get to create brand awareness and that is what's so amazing about AdWerx because it would cost you so much more for other methods like monthly postcards...etc. Well, the other methods do cost more because they are more effective.

Try it at your own peril...but one thing for sure is they have intent to deceive you by renewing you without your express consent and disclosing to you upfront about a renewal. Judging by the results many real estate professionals have gotten, you can see why AdWerx have to resort to such tactics.

Stay clear of this company I have spent over 2000 and tried to cancel and they only give you back a credit. Also make sure you are not on the automated renewal option they will charge you another year. I tried to cancel on the day of and they would not allow it and would only offer a credit towards another crappy campaign. I have been with them for 7 months and not one call! They have your ad show up in all the wrong places. This site is a big fraud!!! Stay away from ADWERX!

Biggest Scam Ever

Biggest Scam I have ever seen in 14 years of real estate. They mention you can cancel at anytime but only allow you to sign up for quarterly or annual campaigns. Should have seen that red flag. When you realize the service isn't working and call to cancel they mention they will only give you "adwerx credit" not a refund. Bradley Randolph-Adams ([email protected]) calls you back from the "escalation department" and seems very excited to tell you he can't help. Like he looks forward to calling people and picking a fight all day. I don't have time for that. Disputed the charges with AMEX and moving on. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE and dump $1400 for nothing.

I am a Real Estate agent who signed up for a yearly Adwerkx campain last December 2015. This month as I go over my credit card account I noticed that they charged me $1,428 on December 16th.

I called to cancel my campain and asked them to returm my money. I can cancel my campain but I will not get my money back because according to terms of agreement I should have contacted them before the campain expired otherwise it renews automatically.

They claimed they send me an email informing me of the renewal. Adwerks sends me adwerks summary emails daily so I must have missed that one. Adwerks representative proposed a store credit but since I do not wish to continue advertasing with them it is useless to me.

I just want my money back for services that they have charged me for but will not render. This is definitely a ripoff!

This is a joke...

Do not use this company. It is actually insulting that I got duped by these guys. Once you sign up, the send you fake (photoshopped) pics of your add appearing on MSN, AOL and NBCNEWS. They use the headline and contents from the page in the early morning (2:00 am). But the add space is fake for the sites do not place adds where they show them to be placed. The can make you believe that your ad ran because the contents of the page looks similar. They can never send you a link though and you will never see your ad live on these sites. They have a No Refund Policy. You need to call your credit card company and take screen shots of the sites and the options you were given to try and cancel. They figure those who refund are just breakage on those who don't charge back. Big Scam! But, they are clever.

I paid for one quarter of advertising with Adwerx and prior to renewal they charged my credit card again. I sent a written notice of cancellation on the renewal date. Their policy is "no refunds" and they have your money, because they charged your card prior to renewal and offer you a store credit for more advertising instead of returning your money. The advertising did not generate any traffic nor one prospect and they would send daily reports that I had 400 plus views per day. I do not believe I had the views, they won't answer your questions, they won't call back, won't provide any proof.

I disputed the additional quarter billing and my bank returned it to my account. since they did not have the money, I never heard from them again and was told by their rep that I had my money back and lead me to believe that was the end of it. My renewal was on July 30, and again on Sept 27th another charge appeared. They convinced my bank that I had not cancelled. No service was provided during this time. No advertising, daily reports or communication.

I am now being told that it was for an additional quarter, and also that it was for a new renewal starting September 21 by another member of customer service. A 52 day renewal for the same price as a 90 day? Really? My sincere hope is that someone will investigate this company to see if they are really advertising and secondly, I have received no service for my last billing. Isn't it stealing , to take money and provide no service? I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, the state attorney general for N.C. and the BBB.

Any real estate agent choosing to do business with them, needs to be aware of their auto-renew policy, their charges in advance, and their store credit. I thought that when you have a store credit policy, you would have more then one thing in your store.other then more ineffective advertising. Class action anyone?

Sham of a Deal

this was in 2015 - I had initially spent over$3,500 for this BS campaign.. as anyone who has had a campaign with this company will tell you is that during the first week you get excited s this because the daily results show..... 4,500 impressions and 233 clicks! Well, after checking my web site,, I had found out that ZERO clicks went to my website! So what kind of bullshit is this?

Then when you call them on this - their dumb ass answer is " We are a Brand Recognition company and not a lead generating company!" who in the He** wants or needs a brand recognition paid site? So. when talking with them I asked why doesn't my web site ( that tracks everything coming in) report even a single lead ? you

They again said that we are not a lead generating company ( then what the hell is the point:? )

So I had asked,,, ok according to the reports that YOU SEND TO ME, I have over 400 web site clicks per day! ( I paid $3500) so why

isnt even a single ONE of them showing up in my web site stats? they could not answer me... this is a fn joke... there is more but I dont want to re-live it.. DONT DO THIS
