THE COMPANY IS PREJUDICE IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS IN MY OPINION, THEY DON'T PAY GOOD THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEY ARE DOING THINGS THAT ARE ILLEGAL I WILL NOT NEVER CONSIDER WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS PREJUDICE AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES IS AWFUL THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THEY ARE VERY PREJUDICE AGAINST THEM I HOPE THAT SOMEONE PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
In November of 2015, I was approached in the Target parking lot accross the street from the Galleria mall in
Riverside by two people. One of them was a really slick salesman (unfortunately, I did not get his name). He presented me with this offer, $40 for four spa packages: 2 facials, one lipo light body contour, and one Reiki therapy treatment. I had been interested in Reiki and priced treatments for $100. It seemed like a great deal, so I bought it especially for the Reiki therapy. I tried for four months to contact the Reiki provider. I always got her voicemail and left multiple messages, never receiving a return phone call. I was sold this package on many false pretenses, including being told that I could do all four services in one day and have a "spa day" with a friend. Also, I was not told about the required 15% gratuity required for the services. Thank goodness I did not buy two.
