Our organization,prosecuteadvantage is continuing to receive complaints against Advantage Claims Recovery Group from physicians, insurance companies, state departments of insurance, former Advantage employees and various law enforcement agencies .Listed below are some of the reported actions committed by Advantage. All of these allegations have been verified by documentation, sworn affidavits and sworn testimony:
ACRG and Pam and Richard Davis:
1.Forged physician's names on ACRG contracts.
2. Forged physician's names on IRS W9 forms.
3. Forwarded physician's mail to themselves without the physician's knowledge or consent
4.Continued to bill, collect, and deposit physician checks years after the contract had been terminated.
5. Forged physicians signatures on United States Post Office forms in order to open post office boxes in the physician's name without his knowledge or consent.
6. Tricked the insurance companies into sending to ACRG checks intended for the physician.
7. Change the physician's CPT codes and rebilled the altered codes without the physician's knowledge or consent.
8. Refused to return physician's confidential medical files and patient databases.
9. Collected on physician's current services, diverted the insurance checks to them and deposited them without the physician's knowledge.
10. Posted confidential information about their clients on the Internet.
11. Forged the physician's name on insurance forms and used the forged documents to collect and deposit money without the physician's knowledge or consent.
