On July 2, 2018 I went to Advanced Vision Care of Mansfield and bought a pair of glasses that cost me $550. I gave them $320 in cash & $230 off of my debit card. They gave me a much heavier thick lens which I did not want and because of the frames I couldn't wear them. Too heavy on my face and made indentions on both sides of my nose. So I returned them.
I had ask for a refund again and they said no. They don't do that. They're mistake. So they talked me into buying another pair which I was required to give them $140 for more on July 17, 2018. They ordered me another heavy pair. I gave them back and asked them again for a full refund and they said no. So the third pair I could not see with them so I asked for my money back and returned all the glasses.
They got the prescription wrong. So now I'm upset now. The last time the manager said that Dr. Smith would only refund me $128 and to get with my insurance and that they would refund me which makes no sense at all. I called my insurance anyway and they said they don't do that and they I would have to talk to Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith will not return my phone calls So now I feel the need to report him.
The doctor and receptionist here are are extremely rude and lowly. they expect you to take their 3rd grade level disrespect, rudeness. they also slander clients. they also can't remember anything they were asked or discussed in simple phone conversations.....the office manager is abbout 60 yrs old and twists what you say around into her own version; which is completely in anoter reality or universe.....what a pathetic office and terrible treatment of clients...they should all be thrown in fema camps for their level of scuziness.
