Several years ago, probably 5 or 6, my daughter received a pair of gold knot earrings from Adornia that she did not like and returned. She was issued a gift card in the amount of $175. Code #1000F6AZ7LZMNGZ. At the time, Adornia had a physical store in NYC. Since then, they closed their store and went online.
Every year she looked through the website but never found any jewelry she liked, until today. So we contacted the manager through the live chat and she said "we have switched over our entire website to a new system we don’t have a record of this gift card. It must have been from 5-7 years ago". I explained that I knew it was many years ago but gift cards never expire. To which she replied, "I’m sorry I cannot help you further" and ended the online chat.
Gift cards are real money and we are due the $175.
