On augest 7 2016,I made a purchase online for a puppy that wasn't available until August 15 2016.. careless me decided to look up the breeder after i already sent the money..after reading horrible reviews about this breeder aka"Michelle", and how she was shipping sick dogs to families, and the nightmares that these families went threw with their new puppy and this breeder.. I immediately contacted the breeder and told her my concerns and how I no longer want to purchase her puppy, and I would like my money back.. "Michelle" insisted I still take the dog and I cannot get a refund...she kept stating " all sales are final".. I just don't understand how someone can take someone's money when they are no longer getting a puppy?? Isnt that robbery?? I haven't heard anything from Michelle about my money or the puppy.. It seems to me like my family and I just got robbed out of a puppy and $1495.00... How can she get away with this??

I too got ripped off. I paid 7000 for two champion blood Aires and show potential pups back in may of 2015. Plus breeding rights. What I got was one female American bulldog that they cut the tail to pas get off as an English, the other male turned out to be an olde english no papers ever came none of the above she advertised were true. She keeps giving me the run around not answering. She has a rep now and she too stop communicating. There are a lot more reviews on her them just this site.

I am so upset right now. The Facebook page had so many good reviews and happy customers posting pictures and beautiful puppies for sale. I felt a little uneasy about the entire thing as I've owned 3 English Bulldogs who I picked in person from a litter. My puppy who I totally fell in love with was supposed to be here on Saturday 12/17 and is a gift for my 2 young children and they emailed me saying he needed his 3rd round of shots due to the colder climate he is flying to (I live in NY) and mind you they knew this from the beginning so he would not be arriving until 1/6 now. I called and of course no one ever answers and sent numerous emails and Facebook messages to which they responded with one line responses, like "Put a picture of him in a frame like other families" or "why are you messaging so late, we do sleep", but it was ok to email me at 12:30am the morning I was to go to the airport to pick him up! Needless to say my CC company refunded my money but will they actually go after them for $1300 or just write it off??? I am going to go after them if I can because they shouldn't get away with this. I failed to mention that I told them I would be flying down this week and paying for my own ticket in order to fly him home in the cabin of the plane with me and they said "we are a little busy this week". Are you f'n kidding me?!?!?!?! I am beyond sad that I was so stupid and just hope more people read this before they buy any puppy from these people. It appears there are some happy customers, but I should have went with my instinct and my uneasy feeling but I just fell in love with that little guy. No surprise for my kids this Christmas.
We purchased 2 English Buldogs from the facebook page English Bulldog Puppies for sale, also known as adorablebulldogs.com and CNNIC. We bought the first one on June 14th for $1300 and the second one on July 15th for $1100. Since then we have had 5 different scheduled ship dates all ending with an excuse from Michelle. We have offered two times to drive to Miami and pick the dogs up and she ignores us or acts like she does not know whats going on.
She rarely answers her phone or messages and when she does she tells us she's not a call center and is very rude.
She could not provide additional photos of the dog after we paid for her. We asked for 3 days for photos and all we got was a rude phone call.

She does not answer back after making such an offer. She has blocked me from Facebook. You will not get anywhere with her. You will not get photos of what you're wanting. It's hard telling if it's the actual parents or not. I'm trying to find an attorney now. Plus also talking to lots of others who have had issues with Michelle.

I called my vet, he was out of town so I met his assistant for meds. I spent the next seven months trying to save our puppy (Taz). My vet finally figured out he was in renal failure. She sent me a contract to choose if I wanted a puppy or a small portion of my money. I chose a new puppy. Months and years have gone by and I have received nothing. She will not correspond or answer her phone. I finally gave up. I can't handle the stress anymore. I just want to warn everyone, do not get a puppy from this con artist.
On 11-30-2016 I contacted Michelle about purchasing a cream female French Bulldog puppy as a Christmas gift for my sons. I chose to get the puppy from Michelle since in Feb 2016 I had purchased a puppy and had no issues with the transaction. Right off the bat this transaction was different. At first I dealt with Suly and she told me the price would be $1200.00 if I paid cash or $1800.00 if I paid for the puppy with a credit card. That should have been my first redflag but again I brushed it off since I had previously received a puppy. Since I did not want to pay an additional $600.00 I did a cash deposit into their bank account for the $1200.00. Red Flag #2 should have been paying the full amount before I had my puppy. Previously I only had to pay a deposit and the balance at delivery. I received my receipt and a delivery date of 12-20-2016.
Two days before delivery I receive an email stating that her vet was out of town for the holidays and that my puppy would not be delivered until 01-06-17. Very dissapointing since the puppy was bought as a Christamas gift but since we were so excited to get another pup it was fine. Then on 01-02-17 I was sent another email stating delivery had to be pushed back another week because her vet was busy. On 01-15-17 I was again supposed to have my puppy delivered but was then told that she had worms. Michelle said she had another vet that she would take the puppy to so I could hopefully get the health certificate and still have my puppy delivered. Didn't happen, the second vet apparently also found a parasite. I was told it would take 2 weeks for treatment. I asked multiple times what the parasite was but was never given an answer. 02-19-2017 was the final date I was given for delivery. That morning I was told that the puppy wouldn't be delivered because it had worms again. Michelle said I could wait or she would refund my money. I asked for a refund.
On 02-22-2017 I sent an email as requested by Michelle stating that I wanted the refund of my $1200.00. I was told that in 12-14 business days a money order would be mailed to me. On 03-12-2017 I received an email stating that I would be receiving my refund "soon" and she wanted to make sure someone would be home to sign for it. I assured her I would be available but the refund was never sent. On 04-05-2017 I emailed trying to find out where my refund was and was told that Michelle was on maternity leave. I told her I didn't care because my refund was well past due. I was then told to please set up a Google Wallet account so she could send it electronically since that was so much quicker (this was never an option to me in the beginning.) On 04-08-2017 I was told that the funds were pending in Google Wallet and would be available to be sent to me in 24-48 hours but they were never sent. Finally on 05-03-2017 she sent my refund via Google Wallet but after I tried to claim the funds the transaction was closed by Google Wallet and I never received them. When I contacted Google to find out what happened they said there was no problem on my end and to have Michelle contact them. I did that and Michelle said she needed to wait 72 hours and then would re-send. That never happened. I have not heard from Michelle since even though I sent multiple emails asking that she refund my money.
Same old story here but let's try for a different outcome! Contact me at [email protected] and we can hunt her down and end her unlawful practices once a and for all! There IS power in mass reaction! Even if you have settled with her somehow I still need your name/story to evidence the full weight of the Florida courts to effect shutting her down financially! She admitted partial ownership in breeding parent dogs so Michelle Rodriguez is legally liable for her actions. Help me SHUT HER DOWN FOR GOOD!!! In March 2016 I Sent Michelle the Owner of English bulldog puppies for sale on facebook $2,000, In the payment of Prepaid Cash Cards. She then sent me a contract, Stating i had that much of a balance with her. We had agreed i Was to Purchase 2 French Bulldog females Fawn/ White Colored For The fathers Day Special, And One puppy In July. I Then Messaged her around April to see pictures of the newborn puppies that i could pick from and She didn't reply. Messaged her Several other times with no reply, I called her out on her page and she messaged me right away saying she was very busy and that i could pick 2 puppies, i Picked 2 and asked for more pictures.AGAIN SHE DIDN'T REPLY. I Then threated that if she didn't give me a Refund back i Was Going to File for a Claims Court, She Didn't Reply. I contacted the Local Animal Control Officer and He said that they Could not do Anything if i didn't have the Address of Her.
She never gave me her Address however i have met at least 15 other victims online that have also been scammed by Michelle. I still till this Day DID NOT GET A REFUND AND I WANT TO FILE FOR A COURT BUT DON'T KNOW HOW OR IF I EVEN HAVE A GOOD ENOUGH CASE TO BECAUSE I AM.IN WASHINGTON AND SHE IS IN FL. Prepaid for a Mothers Day puppy on March 17. 2016. Never even heard from her again after I paid. I had to text/call for days to get a response. My story is the same as others. Never actually showed me puppies, just said pick one of the page. Then she sold it to someone else. Oh-pick another off of this 15 second grainy video of 5 pups walking around on the floor. Ask for pics-never received. Time to ship-nope, she "forgot" shots, have to wait 2 weeks. Time to ship again. Nope. Puppy is sick from the shots that he JUST got. Um. Ok. Nothing from her. I finally text a week later-hows the puppy? Her answer? "A tad bit better". After a week?? So after a few more days of this I said I am not comfortable waiting for a puppy that is sick for so long. She says pick another. Seriously? I pick another. By now it is the first of July. I tell her I am getting extremely aggravated with this constant excuses and if I don't get this dog on this shipping date, I want my money back. Days later, she says no problem. I never hear from her again. I had the opportunity to actually pick this puppy up in Tampa and thought I might have a better chance of getting it in person. I texted and called for over a week with no response. Finally I called one of the many phone numbers at 9 at night and she was on the phone and clicked over to answer since she didnt know who I was. I told her I was moving to Tampa the 30th of July and she immediately asked if I wanted her driver to meet me there with the puppy. I said yes. But I was flying to Tennessee the day after the move and the puppy had to go on the plane so I HAD to get it that Sunday. She agreed. Said she was on her way to the airport going home and to call her the next morning. Of course she didn't answer. Then or any of the other hundred times I called over the following week, nor did she answer any of the dozen texts that I sent. I called and texted the day I moved. I called and texted when I got there. At 6 pm the night before I flew out I texted her and said thats it. I haven't heard from you once since a week ago, Im flying out tomorrow and I have NO puppy-so obviously it's not coming. I expect a refund within a week. She responded to that text-of course. She said that she could refund my money in 10 business days and that her driver was on his way (sure he was) because he got a late start, but she would tell him not to deliver. I did wait 14 business days-nothing. Never heard from her again. I have my credit card company handling the refund now-since I kept every single text that she sent and can prove the excuses and BS. And the promised refund. These people are a complete rip off.

On the 18 a few hours before dog was to ship she texted me that it we too hot and the company in charge of the shipment said they wouldn't ship dog. I contacted shipping company and they said they never contacted her about that at all. I tried reaching her 2 plus days before shipping and she never responded. She kept saying she would just reship but I told her I didn't want dog anymore I wanted my money back. After I sent her the email from the shipping company proving she didn't get a call from them to cancel she refused to answer anymore text from me.
Do NOT buy from this scam breeder. She is running a puppy mill and puppies are coming up sick and she's not doing anything about it and ignoring you. Don't put yourself through the misery that we went through losing two puppies I hired internally and I'm going to file suit against them if we can find them and good luck on that
I purchased Min Bull Terrier puppy on Febuary 2016, it started off that puppy was going to be shipped a week later because Mitchell was of country so a week past by and the day my pup needed to be shipped said that the puppy needed to be shipped in 2 weeks because the puppy had worms so they treated him and 2 weeks past and told me that dog still had worms because the moms milk so i waited another week, the week past and contacted her 2 days before if the dog was going to be okay so she said it needed to be delayed again for 3 more days to be safe and thats when I told her that if the dog is not ready to forget it and give my money back so in 3 days she shipped my puppy . when I went to the airport I notice a weired cough and communicated with the seller that I will be taking the puppy to vet because it had a cough which I took my pup to the Vet the next day and the vet told me that it had Pheunomia due to Kennel cough so they gave me Antibiotics which my puppy pheunomia was taken care but the cough presisted and vet gave another Antibiotics for the Kennel cough.
the cough did not go away so they did an extra and the doctor said he might have a problem with his lungs. all this time I was communicating with seller and she said that she will reimburst me for the vet bills and I can surrender the pup to animal shelter and she can give me a new puppy. I told her I did not want to surrender the puppy because that is her responsiblity as she gurantee me a healthy puppy after a month trying to get my remburstment for Vet bills, I did not get my money so I got another extra from another Vet and the vet diognosed it has asthma so I decide to communicate with the buy over the phone and voice recorded the conversation and she gave me 2 options, option1 give refund only the puppy value purchase plus keep the unhealthy puppy and I will excempt her from any vet bills, option2 reimburst me reimburst me for the vet bills only. I told her I have been very patient with her and it was not responbility to sell puppies with gurantee if they are not. so she agreed to refund the dog value its been over 3 months now she has stop responding my emails my text and calls. I purchased the puppy through paypal and did a claim, I am in the process of the claim so I do not know if I will get my money back but if I do not get my Money through paypal, I will have no other choice to do a small claims on her.

My co-workers and friends purchased an English Bulldog puppy from this company at the end of 2015. They were sold a puppy that their Vet deemed "unfit for sale" (wrote letter even) although the breaders Vet stated that the puppy was Healthy.
My friends sent emails, videos, texts, and placed phone calls trying to reach out to AdorableBulldogs.com/CNNIC and when they FINALY responded stated either they would refund in full or they could have 'pick of the litter' on Blue English Bulldogs that were to be born in April 2016. My friends tried to remain in contact but was always given the run around and told excus after excuse. We would even go onto their facebook page and see that they had Blue puppies ready for new homes but the lady would never let me friends know about it and would lie about them over the phone. After a few days of trying to reach the company, the lady would finaly call back or text stating she would send pictures of puppies she had but would never send them.
My friends have been trying to resolve this for the last few months but with no avail, they are now seeking legal counsil and will be filing a suit againt them.
I dont want anyone else to be "taken" by this company! It is not right that they continue to run a puppy mill. There have been soo many cases and complaints filed against this company.

I purchased 2 english bulldog puppies on 4/8/16. I got two very sick puppies with Mange, pneumonia, and a host of other infections. The female has a luxating patella MPL a grade 3 out of 4 in severity and the male has a grade 2 heart murmur. I was told by Michelle the breeder that she would make this right by giving me healthier puppies or a partial refund I have all vet records to prove the condition of these puppies. Michelle the breeder will not not return my call or emails. Both issues (the bad knee and the heart) are hereditary which means the adult dogs she has should not be breed because they produce puppies with these major issues. I have reported her to the BBB.

Even if you have settled with her somehow I still need your name/story to evidence the full weight of the Florida courts to effect shutting her down financially! She admitted partial ownership in breeding parent dogs so Michelle Rodriguez is legally liable for her actions. Help me SHUT HER DOWN FOR GOOD!!! I am wheelchair disabled senior and this is Elder Abuse under Florida stAtute as well as what she has done to the rest of us! Post this anywhere you see reviews etc. about her and her 3 "compays".
In March 2016 I Sent Michelle the Owner of English bulldog puppies for sale on facebook $2,000, In the payment of Prepaid Cash Cards. She then sent me a contract, Stating i had that much of a balance with her. We had agreed i Was to Purchase 2 French Bulldog females Fawn/ White Colored For The fathers Day Special, And One puppy In July. I Then Messaged her around April to see pictures of the newborn puppies that i could pick from and She didn't reply. Messaged her Several other times with no reply, I called her out on her page and she messaged me right away saying she was very busy and that i could pick 2 puppies, i Picked 2 and asked for more pictures.AGAIN SHE DIDN'T REPLY. I Then threated that if she didn't give me a Refund back i Was Going to File for a Claims Court, She Didn't Reply. I contacted the Local Animal Control Officer and He said that they Could not do Anything if i didn't have the Address of Her.
She never gave me her Address however i have met at least 15 other victims online that have also been scammed by Michelle. I still till this Day DID NOT GET A REFUND AND I WANT TO FILE FOR A COURT BUT DON'T KNOW HOW OR IF I EVEN HAVE A GOOD ENOUGH CASE TO BECAUSE I AM.IN WASHINGTON AND SHE IS IN FL. DO NOT SEND HER MONEY SHE IS A BIG TIME SCAM SHE INSULTED MY FAMILY MEMBERS FOR GETTING IN AND TRYING TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK. WE NEED TO SHUT HER DOWN, SHE IS NOW SPONSERED BY FACEBOOK AND FACEBOOK IS PRETTY MUCH NOT DOING ANYTHING.

I bought my puppy from Michelle and she is the sweetest dog ever- no problems, shipped fine- was there when she said, paid upfront- was afraid of it being a scam, but could not be happier with my puppy. She will be one on December 15th.

Prepaid for a Mothers Day puppy on March 17. 2016. Never even heard from her again after I paid. I had to text/call for days to get a response. My story is the same as others. Never actually showed me puppies, just said pick one of the page. Then she sold it to someone else. Oh-pick another off of this 15 second grainy video of 5 pups walking around on the floor. Ask for pics-never received. Time to ship-nope, she "forgot" shots, have to wait 2 weeks. Time to ship again. Nope. Puppy is sick from the shots that he JUST got. Um. Ok. Nothing from her. I finally text a week later-hows the puppy? Her answer? "A tad bit better". After a week?? So after a few more days of this I said I am not comfortable waiting for a puppy that is sick for so long. She says pick another. Seriously? I pick another. By now it is the first of July. I tell her I am getting extremely aggravated with this constant excuses and if I don't get this dog on this shipping date, I want my money back. Days later, she says no problem. I never hear from her again. I had the opportunity to actually pick this puppy up in Tampa and thought I might have a better chance of getting it in person. I texted and called for over a week with no response. Finally I called one of the many phone numbers at 9 at night and she was on the phone and clicked over to answer since she didnt know who I was. I told her I was moving to Tampa the 30th of July and she immediately asked if I wanted her driver to meet me there with the puppy. I said yes. But I was flying to Tennessee the day after the move and the puppy had to go on the plane so I HAD to get it that Sunday. She agreed. Said she was on her way to the airport going home and to call her the next morning. Of course she didn't answer. Then or any of the other hundred times I called over the following week, nor did she answer any of the dozen texts that I sent. I called and texted the day I moved. I called and texted when I got there. At 6 pm the night before I flew out I texted her and said thats it. I haven't heard from you once since a week ago, Im flying out tomorrow and I have NO puppy-so obviously it's not coming. I expect a refund within a week. She responded to that text-of course. She said that she could refund my money in 10 business days and that her driver was on his way (sure he was) because he got a late start, but she would tell him not to deliver. I did wait 14 business days-nothing. Never heard from her again. I have my credit card company handling the refund now-since I kept every single text that she sent and can prove the excuses and BS. And the promised refund. These people are a complete rip off.
Purchased a dog from her on August 1. Got email confirmation of a flight schedules for August 18. Told her I was skeptical about buying online but she is very convincing and got me to pay for dog. On the 18 a few hours before dog was to ship she texted me that it we too hot and the company in charge of the shipment said they wouldn't ship dog. I contacted shipping company and they said they never contacted her about that at all. I tried reaching her 2 plus days before shipping and she never responded. Magically after she cancelled and I ripped her on her Facebook site she started texting me telling me I didn't know what i was talking about. What i do know however is she kept wanting to reschedule after I told her just to refund my money. She kept saying she would just reship but I told her I didn't want dog anymore I wanted my money back. After I sent her the email from the shipping company proving she didn't get a call from them to cancel she refused to answer anymore text from me.

Do NOT buy from this scam breeder. She is running a puppy mill and puppies are coming up sick and she's not doing anything about it and ignoring you. Don't put yourself through the misery that we went through losing two puppies I hired internally and I'm going to file suit against them if we can find them and good luck on that
I purchased Min Bull Terrier puppy on Febuary 2016, it started off that puppy was going to be shipped a week later because Mitchell was of country so a week past by and the day my pup needed to be shipped said that the puppy needed to be shipped in 2 weeks because the puppy had worms so they treated him and 2 weeks past and told me that dog still had worms because the moms milk so i waited another week, the week past and contacted her 2 days before if the dog was going to be okay so she said it needed to be delayed again for 3 more days to be safe and thats when I told her that if the dog is not ready to forget it and give my money back so in 3 days she shipped my puppy . when I went to the airport I notice a weired cough and communicated with the seller that I will be taking the puppy to vet because it had a cough which I took my pup to the Vet the next day and the vet told me that it had Pheunomia due to Kennel cough so they gave me Antibiotics which my puppy pheunomia was taken care but the cough presisted and vet gave another Antibiotics for the Kennel cough.
the cough did not go away so they did an extra and the doctor said he might have a problem with his lungs. all this time I was communicating with seller and she said that she will reimburst me for the vet bills and I can surrender the pup to animal shelter and she can give me a new puppy. I told her I did not want to surrender the puppy because that is her responsiblity as she gurantee me a healthy puppy after a month trying to get my remburstment for Vet bills, I did not get my money so I got another extra from another Vet and the vet diognosed it has asthma so I decide to communicate with the buy over the phone and voice recorded the conversation and she gave me 2 options, option1 give refund only the puppy value purchase plus keep the unhealthy puppy and I will excempt her from any vet bills, option2 reimburst me reimburst me for the vet bills only. I told her I have been very patient with her and it was not responbility to sell puppies with gurantee if they are not. so she agreed to refund the dog value its been over 3 months now she has stop responding my emails my text and calls. I purchased the puppy through paypal and did a claim, I am in the process of the claim so I do not know if I will get my money back but if I do not get my Money through paypal, I will have no other choice to do a small claims on her.

My co-workers and friends purchased an English Bulldog puppy from this company at the end of 2015. They were sold a puppy that their Vet deemed "unfit for sale" (wrote letter even) although the breaders Vet stated that the puppy was Healthy.
My friends sent emails, videos, texts, and placed phone calls trying to reach out to AdorableBulldogs.com/CNNIC and when they FINALY responded stated either they would refund in full or they could have 'pick of the litter' on Blue English Bulldogs that were to be born in April 2016. My friends tried to remain in contact but was always given the run around and told excus after excuse. We would even go onto their facebook page and see that they had Blue puppies ready for new homes but the lady would never let me friends know about it and would lie about them over the phone. After a few days of trying to reach the company, the lady would finaly call back or text stating she would send pictures of puppies she had but would never send them.
My friends have been trying to resolve this for the last few months but with no avail, they are now seeking legal counsil and will be filing a suit againt them.
I dont want anyone else to be "taken" by this company! It is not right that they continue to run a puppy mill. There have been soo many cases and complaints filed against this company.

Out of 7000 grand for two one turned out to be American bulldog the other in an olde English. I plan on sending her all the bad reviews I have found on other sites. She has scamed a lot of people in a lot of states.
I purchased 2 english bulldog puppies on 4/8/16. I got two very sick puppies with Mange, pneumonia, and a host of other infections. The female has a luxating patella MPL a grade 3 out of 4 in severity and the male has a grade 2 heart murmur. I was told by Michelle the breeder that she would make this right by giving me healthier puppies or a partial refund I have all vet records to prove the condition of these puppies. Michelle the breeder will not not return my call or emails. Both issues (the bad knee and the heart) are hereditary which means the adult dogs she has should not be breed because they produce puppies with these major issues. I have reported her to the BBB.
