This company contacted me claiming they were a Google partner and made all sorts of promises including coming to my business to take pictures to be posted on my Google+ page. After paying the initial $298 to set my account up, which never even required my assistance, I guess, because no one called me I didn't hear from them. A couple of months later I did get an email from someone who said they were taking care of my account. When I finally got her on the phone, she sounded rushed and when I asked about when someone was coming out to take pictures, I was blown off. Then more dead time and Travis comes along. He put a picture on my google + page but that was about all. Honestly, the information on my plus page was incorrect, and it looked horrible. Then I found out AdCom8 had their system hacked by former employees trying to steal away the idiots, like me, who willingly give a credit card number so they can do the stealing directly. Bottom line is they have taken $1100 and have not done a d**n thing for me or my business. I was advised to get Google reveiws from my customers so I can receive better placement when someone searches for my type of business and they threw up a picture.
I was so angry I went directly to Google to complain. AdCom8 is not one of Google's preferred partners!! Buyer Beware! These folks are conartists. Google is trying to figure out how to stop companies like AdCom8 from using their name. I will fight this out with them to get every penny I paid back.
I sure hope this gets read by many. Please do your research before you give up your credit card info don't get taken advantage of.
This Company is a rip-off. Read the reviews online. We signed up in December and they promised that we would hear from them within a few weeks. We emailed and called and never heard from the company again. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and on the same day we received a credit, two months later, they charged the card again. FRAUD!
