They told us during the sales process that they are not a broker, It was only when a truck showed up they we knew that they are indeed brokers and not the actual movers. Alex was the person who sold us on using them but once the initial money was paid he disappeared and we could not get him on the phone. The movers who came to the house stole things from the garage that they wanted and then denied it but they would not let us in the truck to look for the items either. They told us that our goods would be on a truck headed for LA within a few days and we found out during the process that they had them warehoused for 3 weeks even though they kept telling us that they would be on a truck the next day. When we finally did get the stuff there were some boxes that were so smashed that most of the items were not even recognizable. In addition there were several boxes that were not delivered and an expensive ladder that was never delivered either. The delivery truck foreman told us that they would find the items and send them on another truck but that never happened and since the day of the delivery we cannot even get anyone on the phone to tell us how to make a claim. These people are liars, thieves and crooks.
ADAM MOVING IS NOT ADAMS MOVING!! BE WARNED! These criminals illegally subcontracted our business to a third party. They refused to answer any phone calls after they took our initial deposit for setting up the move. We called numerous times to cancel our move upon finding out that they were NOT Adams moving and had planned to use some random company to do our pick up. We eventually contacted Visa to dispute the deposit charge and after we did, THEY ATTEMPTED TO RECHARGE OUR CARD WITHOUT OUR PERSMISSION!
Upon further investigation, we believe this company is run by an infamous move scammer who has run National Moving Systems, Alliance worldwide Van Lines, Federal Moving Systems, along with a few others. BE WARNED! ADAM MOVING IS NOT ADAMS MOVING! THEY ARE OPERATING AS AN ILLEGAL BROKER! THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO SUBCONTRACT BUSINESS YET DO SO ANYWAY.
